Bad Wolf BBQ — Restaurant in Ruston

If I could I would rate it 10 stars!!!!!! This place is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I'm from kansas city a BIG BBQ TOWN! I first tried it last year while I was in town working. Never in my life have I had brisket as delicious as Bad Wolf!!! Today I was passing through and was lucky enough to get to try their new BRISKET HOTDOGS!!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST HOTDOGS I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I also had the pleasure of meeting the man behind the MASTERPIECE he was super cool and he's staff was awesome as well!!! We found ourselves in Ruston and had the privilege of eating here. The brisket boudin is phenomenal with a robust smokiness that is complemented by the cheese and the brisket still has a great texture to it inside the casing. The peach bbq pulled pork was good, a bit too sweet for me but the wife loved it. Everyone raves about the brussel sprouts in sweet chili sauce and for good reason, they hit all the notes: sweet, savory, salty, bitter. If you are in Ruston, check this place out, if you aren't...plan a trip because it is a destination...

Amazing food, but you guys should kick this business model and start an actual restaurant. Have no idea how much business you're losing. I refuse to keep working around the hours, no customer should have to chase you down to buy your food. Between the odd hours and closing down for any and every reason, I can't seem to get any BBQ, even If I want to. I'm DONE with these cocky, "you get it when we're here," business models.
