Tonight was NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE at this location!! Our order total was just over $53, as this was supper for our family of 4. We placed the order online, around 7:00 and when we arrived at the restaurant, the order wasn't ready, no real shock there since it had only been 13 minutes since submitting it. The 18 minute wait after we arrived seemed a bit excessive. All 17 items were placed in one bag, including my husbands Cravings box items. No condiments, which were requested, and no napkins, which may seem trivial since I had to pick it up inside. As for the food.... Both ends of all 3 Chalupas had to be pulled off because they were too hard and the chicken was extremely overheated/cooked and had a jerky like texture. The tacos were all 3 broken in half, making them difficult to consume, but that wasn't surprising since they seemed to be crushed by the other items stacked on top. The 2 chicken Quesadillas had minimal ingredients inside, so much so that a third of each entree was only tortilla shell. The cheese roll ups were overheated, making the cheese too hard to chew. The one thing that was positive was, they did get the items right, with a few having been customized (no tomatoes, add onion). The atmosphere was not welcoming, nor inviting, as no one greeted or even spoken to me when I entered the restaurant and Stood at the counter. The staff seemed more consumed with hee-haw banter than customer service. Let me also say, there were no vehicles in drive through, was no one sitting in the dining room, which was primarily clean and there was only one other customer, who was actually at the kiosk placing an order as I entered the establishment. It will be a long time before I can visit a Taco Bell and not think about how bad...
   Read moreWe went inside to dine and order our food. I waited a long time standing at the counter and was totally ignoredas I stood at the counter to order.. The workers were working the drive in window and would not even look our way. Finally after a few minutes, I them if we had to go through the drive thou to get waited on. I was told I had to order on the inside kiosk if I wanted food. Okay I thought, so I ordered on the kiosk and waited several more minutes, NOTHING. While we waited patiently for our food another person came in, stood at the counter ordered their food and was waited on and received their order without a problem. So, wondering, I went to the counter and ask about our order. I told them that I HAD ordered it, and it had been ordered and our food paid for several minutes ago. Then after waiting a little longer, our food finally came. I told the employee that I was sorry and that I was not trying to be a problem, she practically threw the food at me and never even said a word. The whole situation made me feel really weird. I tried to be polite through the whole process, never raised my voice or acted rude in any way. I hate prejudice and repudiate it in any form against anyone in any way. I hope it wasn't for that reason. I hate it and I feel bad for any person of any race that has ever faced it or felt...

I couldn't find something on the machine so one of the workers come over "to help". When she couldn't find it she walked away and went back to making tacos. So after about 5 minutes of us standing there I got the girl from the drive thru to help. (She couldn't help either) atBy this time there was literally 10 people standing behind me and the lady on the other machine (who was having trouble also). My order was made wrong, even though I checked my reciept (that was text to me) to make sure I did it correctly, I did. My husband order was wrong. The lady behind myselfs order was wrong. The 3rd person was asking for a refund due to them only filing her freeze 3/4 full. The lady who made it said she couldn't file it anymore because the customer touched the cup.
