AVOID THIS DUNKIN' DONUTS AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FIRST RESPONDER!!!!!! First I want to start off saying, that I was forced to rate this place with 1 star. I wish negative stars were an option! My husband and I placed our on the go order for our Medium Iced Coffees. Upon arrival, I went straight to the order pick-up area. I was patiently waiting as the woman behind the counter was helping a customer at the register. I assumed our coffees had not been made yet because she appeared to be the only one working and was pre-occupied. After she finished helping the customer at the register, she came over to where I was standing and said What?! She started off with an attitude and was straight up nasty. I said I am waiting for my 2 Iced Coffees and told her the exact order. She said you didn't order them over here pointing to the register. I told her that I ordered them with the on the go ordering and showed her my phone and my husband's phone with all of the information from the order including the fact that we had already paid for them. I asked for the manager and she claimed she was the manager. Her name is Ms. Milagros and she should not be in the customer service industry! I asked her to call the store owner and she kept saying the owner is not here. I said I realize that, but can you get them on the phone to address this issue? First she claimed she did not have the number then she claimed she refused to call because she did not want to. Her story kept on changing. She continued to tell us that the machine did not print out a ticket, so she was not making the coffee. I said to her, you are going to refuse to serve my husband who is a volunteer fireman in this community? She continued with her nasty attitude and said no pink ticket printed, so you are not getting your drink (despite the fact that we had already paid for them). She insisted on telling me that I was not understanding when clearly all of the fault was with her. I have heard from several other people that this woman is nothing, but problems. Based upon my interaction with her on Saturday, it does not surprise me one bit. Please please please do not go to this Dunkin' Donuts or any others that this person owns. THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE COMMUNITY AND SHOULD BE OUT...
Read moreThis isn't my first time at this location, it is actually very convenient on my way to my office. I do not understand how every saturday there is a line of 6 customers minimum and the drive-thru always has 5 cars at least and only 1 person working in the actual restaurant area (not including the drive-thru area). But today was by far my worst experience i ordered an iced coffe and a corn muffin toasted with butter. I got the coffe right away and went to the side to pick up my muffin. Literally 20 minutes go by and no muffin even people who were online made a comment that i waiting 20 minutes for my muffin. The associate managed to assist and fulfill other customers orders after me which really got me angry especially since they didnt have "simple" orders. The manager then came out from the back (short hispanic lady) and asked if i was eaiting for something (in my head i thought no i just want to stand here and look upset) i told her i was waiting for my muffin. She said we cant give you butter and threw the bag with muffin to me. I told her i expected a refund this was rediculous, she just walked away to the back and said sorry we are busy. I literally looked out the window andthere were no cars in drive thru and there was just the line of 6 people in the restaurant. If your a manager and its "busy" maybe you should help the 1 associate helping a line of 6 people and not throw items to customers as if they are worthless, but better yet it not being what i ordered. Beyond livid about this and I will be escalting this because it isnt the first time at this location that this has happened. Read moreI don't typically go to Dunkin Donuts even once a year. This review will be more on the service than the products b/c all I had was one munchkin. I was sent here by my friends to pick up 2 pumpkin spiced medium lattes as well as 2 pumpkin spiced donuts. They did not have donuts. (I'm not s coffee drinker) I had to call my friends to ask them if it was ok to get munchkins, also I didn't know if the latte's were to be hot or cold. I laughed when the guy asked me because I didn't even think of that as an option. The 2 employees I dealt with were polite & fun all the way through the transaction. There was only 1 person in front of me and zero behind. The munchkin was very tasty. I wish it was warm, but it was cold from the air conditioner in the establishment, and I can totally understand that. I guess when I go back there in another year or two, I better remember to ask them to Microwave it for a few of seconds. If I was in a hurry it may have been possible that I drove off without the coffee, b/c of the way I had to wait a few more seconds for the other employee to make and bring it to the car.
