I cannot say enough about Dr. George and the care he has given my family and I. For nearly two years I and my entire family have been living to our maximum health potential by visiting our chiropractor, Dr. George Lubertazzo in Rutherford, New Jersey. I was not aware of the natural healing power of chiropractic care, until I had my first child.Prior to that my only association with chiropractors were that you go to them after an accident to fix your back. But that mindset soon changed.

Twelve weeks after I had my first born son, I enrolled him into daycare. He was there five days a week 8 to 10 hours a day. Unbeknownst to his dad and I, the whole household would soon be under siege with all types of illnesses.

At least twice a month I received a phone call from the center saying my son had a fever, possible ear infection, shortness of breath, excessive runny nose, etc. During Leo's first year, he relied heavily on the nebuliser to offset the beginnings of what looked like asthma.

Frustrated by my son's health, I vented to anyone who would listen. On one occasion, my boss gave me advice to see her chiropractor for a holistic alternative. Confused as to how that could help I gave it a try. After going routinely for about a month, I noticed I felt better, had more energy, and I soon became the only one in the household not getting sick.

My husband was unsure of the chiropractor adjusting our child so he did not agree to it at first. But when our son was hospitalized with acute pneumonia, he decided to give it a try. So I took my son and lo and behold within a month of my son going to the chiropractor, he stopped getting sick. No more $20 co pays for the pediatrician every 2 weeks, no more nebuliser, just a happy and healthy kid. Since going, he has not received any flu shots either. At first it was not intentional, since he was not really going to the doctor no one bothered to give him a shot, plus his birthday is in the summer and the vaccines are not available at the time. And to be perfectly honest I do not want him getting it anyway, although my husband feels otherwise. In 2 years, my son had one fever (after being down the shore for one week with his grandparents and not getting adjusted) and about 2 cases of pinkeye; otherwise he hasn't needed any other unnecessary medication.

When I became pregnant the 2nd time around. I was adjusted during my pregnancy and my youngest was adjusted within his first week of life. My youngest son who's been in daycare since he was 10 weeks old, has had no ear infections and just 1 fever above 101 (he had rosella which we used over the counter medication to treat). Grant needed a nebuliser during the winter months to alleviate a cough but once spring sprung; nature cleared that up for him.
