Rent-A-Center — Local services in Hastings

I am buying a bed from this store and I really have not had any problems with them, EXCEPT, I am paying weekly on Sat. and they don't even give me a chance to come in or call and pay with my debit card...they call...and if they don't get me they call again, and again, and leave me messages that my pmt. is due!! That REALLY pisses me off....I have told them to knock it off, I KNOW when my pmt is due, but still they keep doing it!! Thank Goodness I only have 13 more pmts. after tomorrow, and then it will be paid in full!! They are nice enough BUT I am not A MORON....I KNOW when it is due!! I was really desperate for a bed or I never would have done business with them!! And when I get my bed paid in full receipt, I WONT be doing anymore business with them!! I found an Aarons RTO in Ionia, Mi. and IF I need anything else, I will go there from now on!! I lived in Tn. and got my computer and a 32 inch flat screen TV from them, and they were VERY NICE...No complaints there! Except that they were in Tn. and I HATE THAT PLACE!!! This Aarons could be different but I am betting that they will beat RAC hands down, no matter what!! Also, about RAC, my pmts are $34.24 weekly, and I am always on time, but I have noticed that sometimes they charge $37. something, etc....just a few bucks off but I WILL BE WATCHING and if they try it again, there is going to be BIG TROUBLE!!...

You would think that when I purchased a washer and dryer set I own it earlier this year they might have some kind of respect but nope their jobs weren't affected by covid I owe 161$ my jobs shut down I went in an tried to make a 100$ payment and they wouldn't take it. because it wasn't the full late payment instead I got an eye roll from the manager really professional. this isnt a bad review towards any other worker except Tyler. yes my bill is late and has been before but I've always paid it so the disrespect and rudeness I will return my stuff and never go through rent a center again Tyler has made me feel like garbage as if being behind on my bills and my work being shut down isnt hard enough way to make your...

I gotta say we bought a 75 inch samsung tv from there it took a dump two months after we got it then had it swapped out with the same model under warranty and a few months later it did the same thing and took a dump. They had it checked out the second time and it was warrantied out for the second time however by making it right I was able to get away from thus same model and into something different and a little bit bigger. This is what makes come back to rent a center. Thank you for you effort and making things right. The only downfall is limited to tv selections and I wish they carried sony....
