When you order a beer at a brewery which states in the description "brewed on site" and your beer comes to the table in a can...one can only wonder. Obviously I was expected a draft. Nothing on the beer menu mentioned can and if I'd known, I would've ordered differently as I made the trek to the brewery for the experience of a fresh, draft beer. With that being said, I tried another draft and neither blew me away. My biggest complaint with this place is the cost of the kids meal. It states clearly that they serve Kraft mac and cheese but the price tag of $8 feels like extortion. I had no choice as we were there during dinner and my child was hungry. I hoped they would serve him the whole box for that price! ;) Instead, he was given a small, about 4oz dish, that either was improperly prepared or just reheated Kraft mac and cheese. It was so dry that he wouldn't even eat it. If a 4 year old turns down mac and cheese, something isn't right. My husband and I ordered the poutine which was ok but if the fries had actually been warm, it would've been better. There are plenty of good breweries in Vermont; I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

The constant shrieking and yelling “I NEED A RUNNER!!!!” from the kitchen was crazy. I did not enjoy that. Figure out another system that doesn’t require yelling towards all of your customers. I was seated at the bar. Next to me a couple came in and asked a lady in a blue shirt behind the bar if they could sit at the bar. With a bit of attitude she told them that they were not seating at the bar at that time. Meanwhile I had literally just walked in a few moments before and sat down at the bar with no problem. A few minutes later another couple came in and sat at the bar with no issue. So, the other couple that were told no just sat down anyway. They asked a different bartender what the deal was and he said something along the lines of “oh yeah, sorry she has an attitude.” I’m like wow, even the bartender is undermining his own coworker so it must be bad. Maybe she needs to have a conversation about proper customer service. I got the chicken tenders. The chicken was meh, the sauce was ok, portion was good and overall the price was cheap. $24 for tenders and a beer. I was going to give this place another shot the next day because there are not many other options around. Too bad it was a Sunday and they were...

As a local I’ve been here about half a dozen times and each time I’m less impressed. The first time I bought a T-shirt and pint glass. Tonight was enough to justify it being my last visit. The service (Justine) was about the only redeeming thing. The food was mediocre at best: the blue tortilla chips were soggy and chewy, pretty much straight spinach in the spinach/artichoke dip with barely any cheese, any artichoke?? , pretzel was good but it’s accompanying dip was oddly flavored and granular,.... The standing room regularly spills over from the bar into the dining area which means people standing over you breathing down your neck and tonight some fellow patrons hung their coats over the wall and into our drinks and condiments, at one point almost hitting me with the coat. It’s an unfortunate space setup and the staff seem to struggle to get their work done as all the aisles are filled with standing bodies. We had an issue just trying to get out of the place tonight because of folks standing around in any open space. Too bad, I’ll miss the Moose I first fell...
