So....poke, in general, has become equally as popular as Boba tea. Locations like this one are everywhere. Don't let that confuse you: this is as good as poke gets! Like Mod Pizza or Chipotle, when you order, you customize your protein, toppings, and sauces to your tastes. They've got some phenomenal extras too, such as grilled unagi, spicy salmon, and furikake seasoning. The sauces are amazing, providing another level of kick to the taste. Overall, prices are reasonable, as the quality is very high. The ingredients are as fresh as can be, everytime! Customer service is fantastic too. There's this guy named Louise who has helped us each time, and he knows how to treat people with kindness and respect. Despite me walking in clueless, he took the time to explain the process, and even give advice about flavor pairings that actually worked. I walked away impressed, as great food was matched with great service. Lastly, they have a public bathroom, but no auto doors for differently abled people. Masks are...

I notice they seem to have a high turnover for employees and when you get served by a new one, it's hit or miss on whether they will give you the same sized scoops of proteins and toppings each time. Some of the employees give good sized scoops while others skimp out. I often have to upgrade to three scoops instead of two, since the two scoops is sometimes a pretty sad amount of protein for what you pay. They will say that they have to charge you for an extra scoop if you mention that the scoop amounts seem small or ask for a bigger scoop. That's my only complaint though. I think if they train all of their employees to not give tiny scoops that would help a lot, and make the experience more consistent. I pay $35-40 every time I come and I think for that price we deserve a decent amount of protein. They don't upcharge for toppings though and their reward system is nice for discounts. Will continue coming here and hoping...
Read moreSo last Saturday I visited this place for the first time, it seemed promising, but I was disappointed. First there was only two people preparing food on a Saturday night, I was fortunate enough to arrive before four other families with children arrived. The two food preparers seemed to be at odds with each other, because there was s great deal of confusion between them. They were out of avocado at 7:15 pm when I arrived, it’s there signature item. I ordered two ahirritos which were dry and two bowls, as far as the bowls go the more promising items had an upgrade price, I hate that, The rest of the experience was like the first time I had Mongolian bbq everything was going great until I was confronted by the sauces, there was no instructions the help you decide and the preparer kept looking at the ever increasing line of people, the amount of sauce that was given was not adaquate. I’m not sure that I’ll be returning any time soon, I spent $53 and was disappointed and still hungry....
