Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Sacramento

I usually have no issues with this location. So today I go there and order a pretzel cup for my 4yr old daughter and I to share while I shop. I also ordered a medium soda. It's 10.35 because I tip $2, I try to tip when I can. But as I'm filling up my soda my daughter accidentally drops the whole thing of pretzels all over the ground. They were all over the actual floor so I throw them away and ask nicely for a new one. The lady tells me I have to pay for another one. They saw her drop them and because I don't want to give my daughter nasty ones I have to pay $4.88 for a whole other bag. Seriously! It's because she said it's not their fault! Like lady you saw her drop them! Like I just bought them 5 seconds ago and you saw me throw the whole bag away. It's not like I hid them. Rude lady! I worked in fast food. The food is still okay but the service is horrible! The person making the pretzel is nice enough but the server with the mole (Sandra) made it seem she rather be anywhere else but working so maybe she shouldn't be working.

We noticed a price discrepancy on the receipt versus the menu and asked about it and got a nasty attitude instead.

Me: "Oh, was there a price increase as we got charge more than the price on the menu?" Sandra: "cause there's tax" (deadpanned expression) Me: "But you charge us the price before tax and there's tax below...(Points to receipt).... Sandra: "It's not my fault, it's the owner's fault!" What ever teens they have working there are so unprofessional and rude. This place is small and slow to begin with. But the girls working today were terrible we ordered pretzel dogs and i guess ut was the last one, one of the girls was trying to take them for herself right after we asked for them not only did she complain and say no we sat there for at least 5 minutes over her trying to take them for her self when we were paying for them she was rude and said just give it to them and then continued to yell at her coworker bc we bought the last and she didn’t want to make more.. this is the worst customer...
