"Update: I don’t know what has happened since the last time I came here but it was enough to make me never want to eat chipotle again. My boyfriend ordered a veggie bowl for me in store and they didn’t put the guac. Apparently their policy has changed and you now need to tell them to add it; when they were loading the bowl they just said “anything else” and then closed it quickly and he was under the assumption they now charged extra. He also asked for extra fajita veggies which were 10 minute wait but there was a container of it sitting in the back and when he asked for it later they scooped it from that same container and handed him a tiny cup of it as you can see in my picture. I later went in because I realized the guac was missing and asked if guac was now extra since I was confused why it didn’t come with it. The employees were giving me crazy looks and were gaslighting me saying that they never add guac to veggie bowls unless the customer specifically requests it. They gave me a small container of guac after repeating over and over they never give it unless requested, and I simply said it I wasnt aware things had changed, thanked them and left. As you can see from this edit, I’ve been to this same location in the past and given 5 stars and my boyfriend regularly goes here. I understand how hard customer service is; I worked at the Starbucks next door and dealt with Karens, but this bizarre experience and the hostile response I got for asking for an item I paid for has turned me off the chain completely."
Chipotle is chipotle wherever you go. But this place, I don’t know who it is, but whenever I place a pickup order during certain days for a bowl, they load it up. Like really LOAD IT UP. One time it was so stuffed that I had to dump it all in a bigger bowl because it was spilling out. They gave me about 2 servings of guac as well. Whoever you are, I love you and...
Read moreI ordered team group order 24 hours in advance for 17 (players/coaches) meals for bus ride to away game to be picked up. The order pick up time was 1-130pm. A parent arrived to pick up the food and we learned Chipotle cancelled the order 9 MINUTES BEFORE PICK UP TIME!! This means there was no time to go get the team food for the bus ride. I had to take the rest of the day off work, send screen shots of all 17 orders so the parent could order the same orders at the counter at Chipotle (too late to find other food and figure out girls food allergies and what they want etc.) then get the food from that parent and drive it myself to the out of town game where the team was playing so the girls could scarf down cold food at the gym right before they played. Chipotle did not comp any of the food nor offer a discount or anything to apologize or make up for cancelling a huge order that was placed the day before so they had plenty of time if they didn’t want to accept the order to cancel in advance. I previously did group order and even though every player pays for own order and their name is in the order, this same chipotle store didn’t put the names on the orders so the players and coaches had to read the ingredients on each order to try to figure out which burrito or burrito bowl was theirs. Horrible experience that caused her crisis in the middle of my day made me take time off work and didn’t even get an apology let alone any kind of compensation. They lost my business and they lost our teams business. We will find somewhere else to do our regular and ongoing...
Read moreThis Chipotle is the most gross and the most slowest chain I have ever been to. Gross because the guy chopping up the chicken was dropping sweat into the chicken! He also wiped his nose on his arm and more sweat droplets dropped into the chicken... I felt my stomach turn, I should've walked out when I saw that but I told myself to not get the chicken. They ran out of white rice and he just stood there waiting for more rice! At least lmk and ask if I wanted brown rice instead! The same thing happened with the barbacoa and he just stood there! I said ok then I would like the carnitas instead. There was a line out the door and all the workers were taking their time and chit chatting with each other and you can see a girl in the back shoving food into her face. I finally got the salad and I said I wanted the vinaigrette, the chick at the register just stood there putting her fingers in her mouth and then pushed my salad towards me while giving me a look for not grabbing the food myself. At this point I have already lost my patience. I looked at her and said what about my vinaigrette? And she just said oh and went to go grab it. No sorry or anything. I am surprised that this place has not already been shut down for the unsanitary and unhygienic conditions. I am never coming to this Chipotle ever again. And no, I would not recommend this place and if I could have given 0...
