Falafel Corner — Restaurant in Sacramento

Worst customer service ever! The service was so bad that someone who has never posted anything about anyone felt the need to say something. As mentioned by other posts, there are two young men working there. The shorter one at the register was so incredibly rude, and unhelpful that I almost felt like it was a joke. I have no experience ordering this type of food, but my daughter’s and I were excited to try something different. However the young was literally the worst ! And when I just gave up trying to explain to him what we wanted from the menu that was posted just over his head. He insulted me by talking to the other young man working there by saying “he doesn’t even know how to order “. And he did that in front of my 11year old daughters. Anyone reviews that say this guy is polite and friendly, is probably just a lie.

I would never go back to this place again. The only reason I put one star was because I was forced to, and at least the restaurant seemed clean. But at least the ramen place next door got my $60. I just noticed the other reviews about him. How is that guy still...

Normally I have a good experience here but since some of the staff changed, the customer service is not good. There was one employee that looked maybe Indian and who I never saw there before, who wasn't friendly at all. And then when we ordered, we asked for one dish with no sauce, no this or that etc. He looked at us blankly and then repeated what we said and we confirmed and then he confirmed, the whole time with an attitude. So when the food comes out, it was wrong and I was like "hey, this is wrong, I asked for this". And he had the dirtiest look on his face, acting like I was asking for soo much. He was completely acting like we were being high maintenance when really we were customers making a simple request at the time of ordering. He decided to have an attitude the whole time. He totally killed the vibe of going out to eat. I ended up asking for to go boxes right away and getting the hell out of there. If the owner reads these reviews, please press your staff to have good customer service. I don't know if I'll spend money here if I see that...

Have seen Falafel corner many times driving by and finally decided to make an order. They had great online deals (2 for 1) on the wraps so decided to try them for lunch.

The wraps turned out to be very good with generous amounts of meat and toppings. It was actually a bit too big to eat by hand so had to tear up the pita and eat it more like a platter. The meat itself is cooked and diced vs the sliced versions you see in some places. I'm not expert enough on these to say what's more authentic or better, but I personally like it when they shave it off those big meat roasters.

The person working there was friendly and a bit apologetic since they were short handed and I had to wait a bit for pick-up. The restaurant has plenty of parking although I imagine it can get crowded at this strip mall during peak times. Overall I definitely recommend stopping by and...
