Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

O.M.G.. THIS PLACE HAS SOO MANY PROBLEMS I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN... BUT IF THE COMPANY DOMINOS WOULD EVER DO A SURPRISE CHECK ON THIS LOCATION (NOT ONLY.WOULD EVERYONE GET FIRED BUT IM POSITIVE THEY WOULD BE CHARGED WITH A CRIMINAL CASE... CAN ANYONE IMAGINE THAT ITS SOO BAD HERE THAT THESE PPL WOULD BE IMIDIETLY ARRESTED AND SENT TO PRISON *IM IN TOTAL SHOCK THAT NO ONE HAS DIED OF BEING POISONED OR SOMETYPE OF INFECTION AFTER EATING THERE DISCUSTING UNDER /OVER COOKED SO CALLED PIZZA.. I.PROMISS YOU IM NOT MAKING THIS UP, FOR MY 31st birthday witch was today, i ordered pizza from this establishment after being charged allmost double the normal price of a 2 topping large pizza . AFTER WAITING ALITTIL OVER 2 HOURS , A SUPER OLD 1940S CAR PULLED UP WITH SUPER allowed loud base system with ghetto music and his car was making all kinds of sounds I thought it was going to explode honestly but nevertheless he did come up to my door he did bring in the pizza I gave him how much it costed for the pizza with tip included which was $44 then he stood by my front door and he wouldn't leave I asked him if there was a problem he said no there's not going to be a problem if you don't pay me my effing tip I immediately responded and told him sir you are in the wrong because first of all the tip was included in the pizza delivery pizza price all together was $44 supposedly the pizza was 29 or $30 the rest was tips for him getting here with the super cold nasty looking pizza so basically he was threatening me to pay him first I gave him $10 he denied it he said more I took back the $10 and I told him to get the hell out of my house before I call the police so he went back to his car and he skirted his wheels making burning rubber right in front of my house my neighbors came out they thought some crazy person is outside doing God knows what so he finally left after all the commotion settle down I sat around the table with my fiance and two of my siblings we opened the pizza it looked really really gross and nasty and cold so we put it in the microwave brought it back out and now it was finally warm enough to eat my second bite that I took him to the pizza was a super long curly hair I actually pulled it out of my mouth and the end of the hair was already in my throat and it was a long hair then everyone around the table immediately put the pizza back in the box and we turn down the lights brighter to see the pizza more better and what we saw was total shock it was disgusting we found pieces that you would only find from the floor as in little bits and pieces of tiny little rocks and sand and honestly there it look like a really big loogie like someone had spit on it after I seen that honestly if someone wants to check my story they can I immediately threw up after I saw that I felt sick to my stomach if it was someone else for sure they would have settled for a lawsuit I'm only writing this because I don't want anyone else to ever go through what I was just went through I really wish and hope that the establishment of the company Domino's would seriously investigate these people and where they're working and what they're doing even when I call them to tell them about the pizza and their delivery guy the other person on the phone that works at Domino's with extremely rude and kept hanging up on me over and over so what was I to do ,what can you do, nothing ,except this !! so if anybody ever goes to this place you've been warned.. . These ppl that work there NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED...

Hate is a strong word to use... I am strongly averse to this particular Dominos store. When I started ordering from here about 3-4 years ago, the orders were fulfilled correctly. A few months after consistently ordering during that first year, the pizzas would be under cook or over cooked, not enough cheese (you can see the marinara sauce clear as day), delivery person would consistently forget to bring the sauce we order (those little things add up because they don't refund). I had to add in the reminder to bring the sauce, then the next time I had to tell them to bring the CORRECT sauce.

The last straw for me was when I was starving, I ordered and was told it would take 40 minutes for delivery. Fine. It took over two hours after the order had "left the restaurant". I cancelled it and the delivery person showed up 15 minutes after that. In those two hours I could've gone to my go-to favorite restaurant, be seated, served, and finished eating. It wasn't even due to traffic that they were late. I know because they were only 10-15 minutes away, rush hour had long gone passed. There was no excuse for the tardiness and there were no communication during the 2+ hours of it not being delivered.

My fiance still orders from there sometimes... one time he placed the usual order of pan handmade pizza...the order that came in was a thin crust. I don't even know how they made that mistake. He called to get a refund. The manager wouldn't give him a refund, just a credit, but he would have to call the store when he wants to order it and tell them he has a credit. He wouldn't be able to use it online, which totally sucks because that's where the deals are! This store wouldn't be able to do it.

Another time, my fiance wanted to add to an existing order that haven't left the store, was still in the making, and was told that he would have to pay an additional delivery charge because they were separate orders. EXCUSE ME! The order is going to the same freaking address on the same freaking night at the same freaking time. Apparently that was too much for this store to handle. And it doesn't make any sense to me at all.

I am so averse to ordering from Dominos I told my fiance to start ordering it himself when he's starving and wanting pizza. I would rather take my tired self to a restaurant and eat or to a grocery store and buy something than waste my preciously earned income on poor service.

Don't waste your time at this location. It is a hit or miss and most of the time it's a miss. And if you track their baking meter, it says quality check which lasts 10 minutes, and yet when the order is received, the quality is dirt poor. This place lacks good...

I see why this location has such a low rating. The customer service is terrible and even the $5.99 medium two topping pizza deal almost isn’t enough to keep me coming back with my money. I entered the building and even though almost every employee watched me walk in, it still took a few moments for someone to acknowledge my presence and even speak to me. When I was finally helped, the young lady was nice. I wish I knew her name but I didn’t see a name tag on anyone. Everyone else’s personalities were dry and everyone looked like they were miserable. I almost became uncomfortable due to the atmosphere. My husband loves this pizza and it’s budget friendly but still, I bring my money here and would appreciate being treated nicely. A “Hi, welcome in!” or “Thank you have a nice day!” goes a long way.

EDIT: When I got home and checked my 3 pizzas (big mistake, I should’ve checked before I left) my cheese pizza was burned so I took it back for a refund. The employee by the name of DJ laughed at me when I asked him for the refund and was incredibly rude to me when I asked him his name. He responded “Why does it matter?” What?? It matters because I’m a customer that asked you your name since none of you have on name badges. Long story short I told him I didn’t appreciate him speaking to me that way. I also told him I expected a apology, which he gave, reluctantly. Anthony was professional and kind and he kept apologizing to me for DJ’s unspeakable behavior. The other manager (Caucasian woman) was kind as well while issuing my refund. She had my pizza re-made and waived the delivery fee, which I greatly appreciate. DJ’s managers, coworkers and customers inside all stared during our conversation because we all knew he was wrong. How in the world does that young man keep a job with that smart mouth?? I’m shocked. There were witnesses in the store that were surprised at his attitude because I didn’t do anything wrong. I know his parents didn’t raise him that way and I know he wouldn’t have spoken to me that way had my husband been with me....
