Cashier was friendly too friendly. As I realized he was hitting on me over and over and even asked to go home with me. Sure it was a joke, but I obviously uncomfortable laughed it off and he continued to say I’ll even clean your floors. I get a compliment or two but he was absolutely over bearing. With all that being said he didn’t listen and give me my double char COMBO and insisted it would all be the same price if I order items separately anyways. I wanted fries and a drink with one of my Burgers. I got my order to go and got in the car and realized I didn’t have fries and that they weren’t on the receipt. I was able to pull back into the parking lot. Walked in and had to order a side of fries. A lady was then working the cash register. After I ordered the fries I asked to speak to the gentlemen who initially took my order. He proceeded to come sit down next to me as I waited for my fries. He was rude and dismissive and told me that my food wasnt getting cold even though I had to COME BACK he argued with me. I told him if he wasn’t so adamant about flirting with me and making me obviously uncomfortable and listened my order would be correct. My raw fries came out and he said “it was just a misunderstanding look ur fries are out! took two mins byeeeeee! “The quality of the food was terrible the absolutely worst habit I have been to because I’ve never been to a terrible “Habit”. From start to finish this was a terrible experience. The fries were not fresh, my tempura was cold, the burgers weren’t fresh tasting like normal. It was like old Burger King. I spent 40 dollars I could have went to fast food and had better tasting food and better experiences. Do not make a delivery order using the Habit Burger App!!! Use DoorDash or some other delivery method.

I made a delivery order using the Habit Burger app, but didn’t receive my order. I had ordered multiple burgers and fries, but all I received was a ice cream sundae which was not part of my order. I realize orders sometimes get mixed up. However, when I tried to contact customer service about fixing it they said all they could do was send a message to the daytime customer service to try to refund me my money. They couldn’t fix my order or refund right then. I’ve now sent multiple messages to customer service and have not received a message back and still haven’t received a refund. I’m probably going to have to contact my credit card company to fight the charge. It’s mind boggling that they have no way to immediately fix a order when...

We spent $33.00 on two fries, two burgers, and a soda. We had a Parmesan Garlic Fries and French Fries. The regular fries were of decent size, but were overdone. The Garlic fries were much smaller and included some garlic sauce to put over them and had great Parmesan cheese added. They included 1/2 of the small condiment cups of the garlic sauce with the order. Can't even include a full cup.

The burgers were okay. The taste was great, but the patty was miniscule. I really expected more for $8.29. We ordered the pretzel buns that is why they were $3 more expensive than the regular burgers.
