I ordered through drive thru, was asked to park for 2 to 3 minutes, which turned into a total of 11 minutes..my food was brought to me, but was missing sauces, Which the male server went back inside to get ( which took more time ) I followed him into store where the same female server told me I wasn't allowed into the lobby very RUDELY! I went back to my car when I noticed my 2 extra biscuits were NOT with my order. I drove up to the drive thru window, met by the same RUDE female server.. I told her that my order was now missing the extra biscuits and that she is very rude! She took my receipt and slammed it on the counter mumbling something... next the male server came to window asking what was wrong..so I again explained the issue of missing biscuits. I also asked for the female servers name and stated I would be calling the headquarters to file a complaint! He apologized and went and got the biscuits. By the time I got home with $30 worth of food, was cold, hard chicken and biscuits! I have had several issue with this location over the past 5 years and after today I dont think I'll be going back! This store needs to train the employees so much better in customer service first, then how to double check orders so that each guest is treated with proper respect and get what they ordered and paid for!! Read moreGot the $20.00 fill up box for the first time the other day, after not visiting this peticular KFC, or any other for years. My last visit I got a breast & biscuit no cookie, and I remember it costing close to $7.00. My fill up box came with one corner of the box not secured, so I took the opportunity to check it, while the cashier/ food handler (no gloves) was present. Was going to ask if the fries were fresh after seeing her struggle to scrape up two partial scoops, but I didn't. Instead I took my two finger and slid the present fries over 2.5", and stated to her there was a hole there. She responded that was two scoops and she would give me more. She in fact did. She managed to scrape up approximately 3.5 more fries. Now for the kicker: you know how when you cook chicken you normally remove the feathers, well I unfortunately paid for one wing still wanting to fly, or flap, or whatever it chickens do with them while feathed. Read moreI came in for an Uber order nothing major 12 barbecue wings and 2 biscuits, before entering the employee groaned and she had to go in the store another sat in a booth eating. No one ever asked me to take my order 5 mins roll by then 1 asks me if I’m DoorDash I nod yes. He never asks me who the order is for. Tells someone in the back that is more interested in cleaning that getting the order. I am finally asked I identify the Uber order I am there for and get told 2 more minutes. Meanwhile the first employee that asked if I was DoorDash walks out with food to go sit and eat. Then I get another ask me who I am there for she says the other one that has been cleaning for the last 13mins is finally getting it!! I feel horrible for my customer!!! I get they get breaks and need to eat but why are they doing it in groups if they cannot get orders out timely! Even more sad I worked this same store...
