Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

I've been there twice in 3 weeks. Each time I was told i would have to wait 10 min for a cheese pizza. Each time I waited more than 25 minutes. Meanwhile other customers come in and order the same thing I am but they are in and out. Tonight after waiting 25 minutes my son asks how much longer. The cashier says a minute or two. Another customer walks in orders a cheese pizza. He's told they have one almost ready. The manager then asks how long we've been waiting. I tell her over 25 minutes. She says its going to be 5 more minutes. I say forget it just give me a refund. Why such horrible service 2 times in a row. Racists...thats right. Every customer that came in in after me was black...I'm white..same scenario both visits. I can clearly see and feel the resentment and disrespect.. I guess I shouldnt have oppressed blacks by giving them jobs and a brighter future. Be careful who you disrespect, you may be sitting across from them in a job interview some day. What a bunch of...

I ordered a pizza and right when it's about to delivered they canceled my order. I called the customer service number and after 20 minutes of waiting. I was given the option to leave a message for a return call. I called the store I ordered from and after waiting another 15 minutes I talked with the manager and explained that my order had been canceled. Not by me. She said she was sorry and would have it re sent. After another hour of waiting I knew my pizza wasn't coming. Called the customer service number again to get my refund and after 25 minutes someone finally answered. So unfriendly and inconsiderate. I asked for my refund and she replied you will see your refund in 7-10 days. So no pizza no money. What a horrible experience. Just had to vent. This Mack...

MAGGOTS IN THE PIZZA!!!! Service was extremely slow and the cashier was rude. That’s fine I can deal with that. However, there were maggots in the pepperoni pizza!!!! Stay away from this place at all cost unless you enjoy eating maggots!!! Additionally, while I was waiting there for 25 minutes for a pepperoni cheese bread a 4 year old boy came in with his dad and was stealing the quarters from the pinball machine. Will never be going to this little Ceasers again!!! I have been going to the little ceasers on Elk Grove Blvd for years and never had an issue before.
