Starbread — Restaurant in Sacramento

OMG. So thankful my curiosity got the better of me when I saw a line in front of their store. I asked the guy in front of me , what he recommended. He said I had to buy their 'senorita' bread. He was getting 50 pieces. After my wait in line ( due to Covid-19 only 3 customers at a time inside ) I entered and the smells of cooked carbs entered thru my nostrils. I ordered 20 pieces of Senorita bread and 6 pieces of lumpia (.75 cents). The senorita bread was warm and went i bit into it - the heaven parted and angels sang. Yes, it's that good. If you like THIS Starbread senorita bread try NATOMAS STAR BREAD!!!! This south sac location is hella stingy barely making them sweet! I’ve been ordering from the Natomas location forever and tried this location down here and it’s garbage compared to Natomas. The bread in Natomas has a THICK sticky glaze at the bottom and is so soft and moist EVERY TIME. Once you’ve had Natomas senorita bread, then try this trash you’ll be mad to. The bread at the south location taste like cheap dinner rolls with light buttered sugar on the bottom, and dry af. Yummy selection of Filipino desserts, pastries, snacks at Starbread. Warm, fresh-baked Senorita Bread is SO good & addicting!! Can't just eat 3-4 at a time... Lol. So make sure to buy a box of at least 30 pieces. The suman wrapped in banana leaves is very good w/ just the right sweetness. No need to sprinkle sugar on it.
