McDonald's — Restaurant in Sacramento

DON'T WORK AT THIS LOCATION. If you're a student that needs a part time job with very low hours of work then this might be just for you. (they're very strict with the 20 dollars an hour)

After I gave them my availability to be open to work anytime they only gave me 3 HOURS A WEEK which everyone can agree that its insane.

I've asked my manager countless of times to boost my hours and days after he agreed that he would only to come back to tell me that his higher up boss or whatever would deny it.

Not only that was what made me come up with this review but they also kept hiring like a couple of new workers instead of giving me more hours which one of the worker's turns out he quit on his second day after he noticed he was supposed to only work 3 hours as well XD.

This wasn't such a big deal but I wanted to include it, but one time my manager told me to go home while it wasn't very busy which I was annoyed because that means i only worked 2 hours that day while everyone had already worked more than 5 hours and over everyone else they had to pick me... WILD.

The coworkers there are cool, the managers are good at their jobs but it definitely came to a point where some of the managers were testing me to see if Id fail or succeed at a task and if I'd fail at one task after being told on that day, Id be fired on the spot for sure. That goes for working only 3 hours a week like If I am supposed to know Everything.

I have never been refused to pick up someone else's shift, as I've been trying to make myself useful to that company.

Overall working there was alright, it was just a schedule issue but the way they framed it on the form where I was going to sign out was very wrong. It read that I committed theft over three times over the food, with that being the reason why I left but no the higher up had a misconception about it and so did I because initially I was serving myself a coffee and after being told I was supposed to pay for it I THREW IT AWAY without a sip and inside the environment. The second time my manager told me that it was fine to serve myself a freezie so I got myself a freezie all happy about it. The third time I served myself another freezie and dranked like half of it and I was told no which brought up a back and fourth discussion leaving that manager looking at me with an ugly face knowing that it'll be reported. At that point I was already working for 5 Months.

In conclusion I will have a bad say about this company moving forward the only way to redeem that is for them to give me a call, hook me back to work and have me work fulltime.

I want to start by saying I never wright reviews unless I absolutely love your service, but this time is completely the opposite, this is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, this is the closest one to me but I will be going to the other one Mack rd, the employees at this location have the worst attitudes and costumer service I have ever experienced they are always trying to argue on the intercom and get very defensive and really like to snap at you. They really need to get employees that really want to work there and have a positive attitudes Because starting your day off with having to ague with people is ridiculous it’s clear they don’t like working there and it very much shows. I can go on about the several times I’ve had issues coming here and every time they had crazy attitudes and anything you ask for and each time I’ve had my kids in the car it’s so inappropriate even simply asking them for waters after you’ve paid so much money for your food. They will tell you to go wait in the parking lot just for water even if there’s no one behind you, they care more about their ratings than their customers. I just thought I’d share because please do better McDonald’s this location is horrible experience...

My girlfriend and I just got back from a long day and we were hungry at night. 9:50 PM to be exact. She had a coupon that let us get free medium fries and a medium drink With a Purchase of a Large Regular Sandwich Meal. So I ordered a Number 2 Large with Sprite, and told the lady that I had a coupon for it. Went to the first window, everything seemed fine. At the second window, I received a medium sprite, Not even filled up all the way, and got my Number 2 Meal, as a medium.

I never got my large fries and my large drink that I ordered, I didnt even receive my receipt when I used my card. I was charged fully for the Large Meal I never fully received.

Totally threw down my day as I tried to tell them what it ment but they just kept denying what I ordered and said. I'd give them a no star but thats...
