Panda Express — Restaurant in Sacramento

You didn’t pick up the phone at all after an order had been placed and then the app referred me to a different restaurant and you never picked up the phone and there’s nobody at panda express corporate and so you guys basically stole my money from two different panda express for two different orders and didn’t even let me figure out a way to cancel the orders because there is no link to cancel orders like you say on the website. You won’t pick up the corporate you won’t pick up anywhere To let some company that doesn’t know how to pick up the phone charge me triple. There are a lot of things that make this place different and number one would be food. I eat Chinese food on a regular basis because it's the only thing I'll never get tired of eating. Most places will be hit or miss but this always hits. I'm always greeted kindly by the staff and the portions can sometimes feed me for up to 3 days. I'll go to other places and I will either get only good or only horrible. Not sure if it's just because of the cook or the school near by but I hope the food stays as good as it is. Food is good and service is friendly but multiple times I have been in and they refused to make chow mein because they were closing in the next hour. If it was right before closing I would understand but at 8 on a Saturday night with 8 people in line, I think they could make another batch and not have it wasted.
