This place is so terrible I don't even know where to begin. First and foremost if you are expecting a traditional Sonic don't go there. Since they opened over a year ago their drive thru is ALWAYS closed and conned off because they don't ever have enough staff . Their limited number of stalls (10 only I think) are also conned off because they don't have enough staff. If you decide to go inside and order your food don't be surprised when you find out it is not a traditional lobby and there is no walk up counter service or any employess there to help you. There isn't even a counter. You stare at a wall like a prison. You can't even see the employees. There are no instructions and no employees to tell you what to do. They expect you to automatically know that you're supposed to just walk up to the menu board (same as the one outside) and press the button and wait to talk to someone as if you are still outside. Somehow they want people to figure all this out on their own because there are absolutely no instructions anywhere in the lobby. When I got there I parked in the handicap spot (I have a placard and the few open stalls were taken) but there is no option on the app to tell them where I was parked so I had no choice but to get out of my vehicle which I believe is a violation of ADA. I should sue Sonic for making disabled people get out of their vehicle to get their food. This by itself should be reason enough to close this location. This is a clear violation of Americans with Disabilities Act. After I got out of my vehicle and figured out on my own how to get my food it wasn't even ready on time (10 minutes late). While I sat in the lobby waiting for my order the store was playing some rap music in the lobby about somebody bouncing their ass. I couldn't believe it. Also while I waited multiple people walked in and walked out because they couldn't figure out what to do. THERE ARE SEVERAL ADA VIOLATIONS AT THIS LOCATION. HOW ARE DEAF OR BLIND PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO ORDER THEIR FOOD IF THERE ARE NO EMPLOYEES IN THE LOBBY TO HELP YOU AND THE DRIVE THRU IS ALWAYS CLOSED?

We get in line at 9:30pm and berley moved one car space in 15 min only to have an employee come and let us know "we are out of most of our food ...." What type of fastfood restaurant đ€ goes of of almost everything to the point they turn away customers, one that closes at 10 pm and wants to be out . While I dnt blame her for wanting to go home it doesn't stop me from being iritated. A few days later we try again this time a little earlier, around 6pm or so. We place our order and when it's brought out we are missing all the condiments I requested and my nephews entire meal (mind you he is thereason why we are there) . I ordered a Chilie cheese hotdog with tatortots and it was OK but I didn't want to eat before my nephew so I waited for his food with him by the time his food came my hotdogs bread was soggy and my tutor tots cold and guesse what still no condiments. I understand they are busy so I ask for condiments please. We had ordered a total of 4 meals everyone had either fries or totts. Why did he come back with 2 ketchup packets and a mint đŹ candy. Knowing I specified I wanted ketchup and mustard for my nieces hotdog, ranch for my sons holapeño poppers, BBQ sauce for my nephews chicken strips, and ketchup for everyone's fries and totts! So I say hey come on I know ur busy but you took our order packed it and brought it to us it took me to ask you 3 times for our condiments and you bring me 2 ketchup packets can I please get and I asked for what I needed needless to say he came back with 2 ketchup packets 1 BBQ 1ranch no mustard and oh another mint candy... I looked at him and said OK thank you. I didn't want to sit and argue and my food was getting colder, the bread soggier and we were obviously not getting no where and to top it all of I had handed him a few bucks as a tip when he first came out!    Read moreMy first sonic experience and it was awful. The lady who took our order was rude and generally unpleasant. I had asked if my bacon could be left on the side and she rudely said "mmmm no we CANT do that", I ordered a vanilla cherry lime Dr pepper and since I was already very confused with her answers to my questions of the menu when she asked if I wanted vanilla Dr pepper I said no, so she removed the vanilla from the soda. At this point I was too uncomfortable to even correct her as she kept her unpleasant attitude through the whole interaction. We got our food and I had worked up the courage to ask for a partial refund, she kept cutting me off on the intercom and ended up coming out to my car. She was argumentative with me asking for a refund and my fiancee ended up asking for a manager which she then stomped back into the restaurant and sent him out. He was much more pleasant and offered a refund along with the bacon. I told him all I wanted from the start was my bacon left on the side/my general not understanding why this couldn't have just been done to begin with as well as why the worker felt the need to be so rude. He said he would send someone out with the bacon and I thanked him, we sat there for about 30 minutes all while the same worker kept coming out to other cars and at one point pretended she didn't know we were waiting for the correction and asked if we were here for a doordash order. At one point she scoffed and rolled her eyes and snapped "I'll bring that out in a second" and stormed back inside. We were continued to be ignored and decided to just leave. I am unfortunately very particular with my food and unfortunately was not able to trust the food I was given, coupled with how I was treated I went to a different fast food chain to get a meal. This was a terrible first experience and I will not be returning to this location and will honestly be hesitant to get Sonic in the future.
