Roundhouse Deli — Restaurant in Sacramento

WAS my favorite new spot, but their stock has fallen dramatically! I work downtown and wanted to get lunch for my office, called in an order for one chicken taco plate, one tri-tip taco plate, and a chicken bacon sandwich. Travelled all the way to Alhambra Blvd to pick it up and when I got back to my office, my order was completely wrong. I received one chicken taco, one tri-tip taco, and the sandwich (I ordered no ranch, it was smothered in ranch). I called to tell them that they got my order wrong. The response was "Well, you got what you paid for...." Yes, but ITS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I just wasted my time and my money ( 1 taco each for my co-workers, I threw my sandwich away) coming to your shop to support you and that's the best you can do? Won't be going back or recommending anyone else go there. There's a taco place on the next block from you. I will be going...

A few days ago my husband and I were hungry, my husband had went out to see what he could do about that and his scooter started to die so he stopped at the sac RT lot and the security guard allowed him to charge. How do you say spoke my husband let him know about our situation and he walked him around the corner to Roadhouse deli at this time neither one of us knew the name of the establishment. He ordered us a tri-tip breakfast burrito. That burrito was fabulous, so we went back in today and bought us each one. The young man at the counter is very friendly and of course the food is amazing!!! So if y'all have not tried this place yet, go get yourself...

I've had Roundhouse ever since they had the Elk Grove location. And I'm happy to say that the Alhambra location is just the same.

Their service is great, as usual. I've never had a complaint; the one time a mistake was made (someone else took my order by accident), they were quick to help me out and remake my order.
