The staff is either incompetent or doesn't read instructions from my Ubereats order. Customer service trumps all. And I'm on the phone for the third time calling this location to let them know that my order is partially complete, someone picked up the phone and hung up. It's been 10mins and the phone is still ringing. Management of RedRibbon, train your staff to do the most basic tasks such as attentiveness to customer requests, such as writing a Happy Birthday on a cake. That simple!!! Really, who would order a round cake and not assume it's for a birthday. Common sense people!

The staff asked the manager and she “the manager” came to talk to me saying they did put 3 pumps of evaporated milk (in a very sarcastic way) and adds “may additional na bayad” (in english theres additional cost).
