Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sacramento

They should give the option to give this location a ZERO if the experience was horrible!!!! I placed an order for pickup thru DoorDash for my sister and my son while I was at work in another city. (Might I add the delivery price versus the pickup was like a $8 difference) Upon receiving the order my sister informs me that none of the food that was ordered was in the bag. My son got the Chicken Quesadilla combo and my sister got the Crunchwrap combo, both had a freeze drink and a side of Cinnatwist. All of which was not received, called to get the order fixed and they implied that I had to fix it thru DoorDash, I let them know that DoorDash didn’t mess up my order, you guys did so it’d have to be replaced thru you! The assistant manager Mod that I spoke with was extremely rude and cut me off mid sentence and tells me “That they’ll be there if I wanted to get my food” and hung up the phone before I had a chance to even respond to her attitude(how does someone mess up an order and gets mad when the paying customer is asking to get it fixed?) Of course I immediately called back and the store manager Jacob answered the phone and tried to resolve the issue but nothing was done. He even tried to imply that my sister picking up the food that was ordered for her and my son was considered “fraud” because I wasn’t there. None of the items in the photos are what I ordered and they have the nerve to get mad about the...

Mgmt is not good . She is very rude. The young male whom took our order was very kind and polite may I add.

My husband ordered 2 burritos with no meat and real cheese only . As the receipt clearly states ... along with my husband and sons breakfast which was completely fine , we ordered on the way to work.

I cannot consume meat or processed cheese for health reasons . I'm severly allergic.

My husband went back inside to get the correct food that was ordered she said well I dnt know what you want me to do ? In a rude tone along with had a smuge look on her face . Large build women I didnt get her name unfortunately, we were headed to work.

Make the correct order it's really that simple. , that's all we asked .

She refused too stating, We no longer serve breakfast. .

3 mins after she allowed us to order breakfast.

We will not be coming to this fast food place again.

Please hire competant and Courteous workers that have an understanding of what customer service and health and safety is about....

I went to this location last year in December about with my girlfriend. They messed up my order and gave her the wrong burrito. She hid behind me as I went and told them we got the wrong thing, asking the employee politely if we could get what we ordered. After a 15 minute or so long wait, they called me over with the right burrito, a quesarito. My girlfriend eagerly unwrapped it. She took one bite, threw it to the ground, and exclaimed "IT'S WRONG!!!". It was. She started sobbing uncontrollably and going on about how I didn't love her enough. An employee on his break was laughing at us from a distance. I've never been more embarrassed. Though they failed my order (twice), and I ultimately did not get what I paid for, I must thank Taco Bell off Bruceville for helping me realize I was in a toxic relationship and needed to get out.
