Wendy's — Restaurant in Sacramento

This is probably the worst I have ever been to Wendy’s!!! Definitely not coming in at night for a late dinner! They served me raw meat especially chicken for the combo #9. As I got home and ate the sandwich half way in I realized that it seems kind of off so I looked into the sandwich and I see that was raw!! I had to stop my bf from eating the other half! At first I thought it was fresh since it was still hot and warm!! But!! It seems like that did a quick drop and undercooked the chicken to able to serve me the food right away and not realizing that I would come back and make my complaint being served undercooked chicken!!! I asked for a refund but the lady at the window said she will only refund the sandwich. I said no because I had to come back because I was served raw meat and they couldn’t even cook the food properly the first time so why would I be only getting a refund for just the sandwich!!!? It’s a waste of my time and gas just to come back because yall couldn’t do your job the proper way!

I think you guys need a food safety inspection at night time because ain’t no way yall are even allowed to serve your...

I placed a order online i figured I'm little over 10 minutes away they should have my order ready by time I get there. I get to the drive thru and its 7 cars ahead. Still no need to get upset its a Friday night. By time I pull up to the window lady seems nice. Hands me my bags of food. I'm pulling away and my wife told me we are missing fries. I go back to the drive thru and get the fries. I get home well the Pub Fries lid was not closed. I am surprised that they didn't fall over in the bag. The Chilli lids was left open and the Chilli spilled all over the bag and got all in my car. Now I can see the Chilli being an accident but this was the third time this has happened at this Wendy's. I give it a 2 🌟 and not a 1 because if I place a specific order they get it right. Just be careful ordering Chilli from them.

Update: try to go back to see if things got better. Not a chance. They can't keep theirs employees 🙄. Every time i order. In person they mess up my order and online they mess up my order. Since thing have not improved im giving this...

Always a long line since the lobby is closed and usually good fairly quick service and friendly staff for the most part... I usually always order the same thing, spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and onions (right now I'm taking advantage of the 2 for $5) so tonight part of what I ordered was the 2 for 5 spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese and onions I had to wait a couple extra minutes I'd assumed it was bcus they were making them fresh I get home and open my chicken sandwich and no cheese or onions .. so i drive back let them know at the speaker and was told to go to the 2nd window they ask again what I ordered someone else comes and asked if I had the sandwiches so I gave it to them & with attitude they come back to the window and said only one didnt have it so we remade it..so I thank them and go back home to find that they didnt remake it and it's still not right but I'm not goin back for a third time tonight...
