Dunkin' — Restaurant in Saddle Brook

This Dunkin' was very good when it first opened but has gone downhill very quickly.

To be clear, the employees are by and large very nice and helpful and kind. However, there aren't enough of them working. I have been in here multiple weekends where only one person was working during a very busy time. She did her best to keep it all together and was still very polite to every customer she helped, but she shouldn't have to be put through that. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and there was still a line behind me and probably 20 pick up orders still to be made.

I dont know what happened here but the employees seemed to leave en masse and the ones who are left are facing a huge burden. I went in one weekend in which a man and woman who I think were the owners were working because they had no workers. They had no clue how to do anything. They need to hire more people. this is my favorite dunkin !!! I am so happy they opened this Dunkin’ because the coffee is amazing and there is one worker specifically and I wish I got his name because every single time I go in he goes out of his way to make sure all of my stuff is correct and ready for me and that is service that you will not get anywhere else. The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes they get the order right, more often then not it's incorrect. Wait times can be nuts! That said, I'm NOT bashing the baristas. This is a high volume store in need of more workers. I believe the errors are not because of incompetence but pressure to get people in and out quickly. More staff would go a long way.
