McDonald's — Restaurant in Saddle Brook

I go out of my way to visit this McDonalds only to get disgusting service, I ordered a big mac meal, with no pickels, soda with no ice, medium, I get a chicken sandwich with pickles, fries with no salt, no napkins, no straw wow.., I return the food, again asked for a big mac meal, again, I get a big mac with pickels, again, non salted fries, again no napkins and no straw, and more attitude from the manager, who is standing there talking with an employee about a problem the employee has as we are being ignored as we wait. as I sat there with no food, my 2 co-workers orders were just fine, their big mac meals were fine, they got straws, they got napkins, and they get what they ordered, I get a bunch of attitude from this Spanish speaking manager who , lets say was not the cleanest person there, her clothing was dirty, as was her attitude. when I asked for a refund, she just looked at me like I was retarded, waited for me to give her my receipt, issued a refund and not once did she apologize for anything, nor said anything in the process, this smug person should not be working a register, never mind being a manager dealing with people when clearly she is not good at it, I guess with everything else, you have to speak Spanish to get any sort of service at McDonalds, and I say this because again we were ignored until she finished her Spanish conversation with her Spanish employee about her personal issues at the register as we were waiting to order and being ignored and continued to do so until she was well ready and done with her Spanish conversation with her Spanish speaking employee, who seemed to be more important than the paying customer,...

Great customer service. The managers are super friendly, which is rare for a McDonald's They're very considerate and attentive. Usually this place is super quick with orders, for the past two years I've been coming. But lately these past few months, starting around December 2020, they've been super slow and seemingly understaffed. I'm not sure why, because the pandemic didn't seem to affect their productivity up until now. But today I went in and left out within 30 seconds, and the manager remembered which sauce I take with my order and how many, which made me super happy. I just hope they remain consistent so I can give them a full 5 stars.

Edit: I forgot. Sometimes, but not all the time, their French Fries are stale and taste reheated. I don't know this place to cut corners so I'm not sure why their fries come out like this sometimes, but I basically have to throw the fries away because I eat there on lunch and I don't have enough time to come back and complain. I went to the McDonald’s on Route 46 in Saddlebrook Nj and was charged 6 times for my order of $20.26. I called McDonald’s corporate office explaining the situation and let them know that once a order is completed using the cash app there is no number to call to get a refund. The manager than advised me to go back and talk with him if I couldn’t get a refund so I decided to go back and talk and when I get there 3 different people lie saying they are the manager I got into a verbal argument with a guy named Jesus the so called Manager and end up getting the cops called me because they prefer not to fix my problem or at least reverse the transaction now I’m out $121.56 so if I could give less starts I would customer service is the worst they have no manners at all and the food quality was horrible it was cold and tasted old. Now last but not least when I worked for customer service we had a rule the customer is always right until proven wrong. They need more training if not do not work at any customer...
