Worst Wendy's I have ever been too. They screwed up both of my last two orders. And the wait time is always insane and I order ahead too. One time I ordered a chicken sandwich extra mayo and I instead received this dry chicken sandwich with zero mayo so I hopper back into line and waited a long time just to be told oh yeah we dont have any mayo we ran out. You might want to tell me that when I first pulll up since I specifically ordered a sandwich with extra mayo instead of saying nothing handing me this dry inedible thing and letting me drive off. Another time I ordered unsweetened tea with lemon I received sweet tea with no lemons. This time I ordered the same drink but I asked the guy before taking my drink is that unsweetened tea with lemon. To which he responded you wanted unsweetened tea? I said yeah thats what its supposed to be unsweetened tea with lemons thats what i ordered. We he came back with this unsweetened tea hardly any ice and zero lemons. When I said its supposed to have lemons he tried to tell me a couple different things. First that he didnt know where they are then he turned and asked his coworker and they decided to tell me lemons are a morning thing. Dude if lemons were a morning thing it would not give me the option to add lemon to my unsweetened tea at 11 at night. Then there were a couple of times i ordered the saucy nuggs and they were disgusting. They tasted like if you cooked chicken nuggets in the microwave but you left them in too long. And ofcourse customer service is disappointing to say the least. This place needs more employees and the employees need a lot more training especially in hospitality. To truly understand how awful this place is you need to go to chick fil a when its busy. The customer service hospitality anr attention to detail is just night and day comparing the two. In short, if you want slow service, rude workers, and cold food, this nasty place is for YOU. It’s been open for what? A year? And residents are already tired of it, even after wanting a Wendys in the area for YEARS.
I am really hoping Chick Fil A goes into the shopping center and is able to put them out of business finally. Corporate really needs to check this place out. I understand it has to be frustrating as an employee there , but it’s been long over due…
My last experience was getting off work and going to the drive thru at around 7 pm the one day… 2-3 cars were already in line and by the time I got up to the speaker, they had me wait about 5 mins. That’s after waiting another 10-15 mins for the other cars. I know I should’ve left, but McDonald’s isn’t any better… it might be, unfortunately.
Anyways, overall, that’s what a normal experience will be like. Also don’t forget about your food tasting like it’s been sitting out for 15+ minutes.
At first I was thinking it’s because this location was new, but it’s been way too long and too many chances were giving.
The real question is why are these meals so expensive for poor service and cold/soggy food? Customers should be compensated in a Class Action lawsuit at this point. You guys are getting robbed for your money.

Read moreI don't typically write reviews on chain establishments as the service can always be hit or miss. However, for this particular location I have visited it about 4 times now and the customer service continues to get worse each time. The wait time continues to get longer even while they're not busy, and they always mess up the order. I visited this location this evening and again experienced a very long wait time; nearly 35 minutes which I was the only one in the drivethru and there was only one customer inside. At one point I even asked to cancel my order, which they said it would require a manager and told me my food was coming right up. After that, the workers there were no where to be found. Finally when someone came to the window I went to ask them again to cancel my order, but they turned away, grabbed 2 bags of food and shoved them out the window. If I hadn't already paid for the order through the app I would have just driven off long before going through this type of experience. Oh, and of course the food was cold. This location has a lot of negative reviews which is unfortunate for a newer location. I really hope Wendy's management team will take notice of these reviews and try to make an effort to improve this location.
