I am visiting from Texas and I stopped in here to use the restroom and get breakfast. I went in and stood at the counter for about 4-5 min. No one greeted me or even said hello or acknowleged me. So I used the restroom and came out. I then went and got back in line and then someone told the people in front of me that he would be there in a minute. By the time he came and took their order i had been waiting for at least 8 minutes.
I ordered a large coffee and 2 sausage egg mcmuffins as they were 2 for 5 dollars. When i rang up it came up with 13 dollars. the Cashier said that the total was around 13 and i asked and said isn't it supposed to be 2 for 5 on the mcmuffins. He said yes but it wouldn't show the discounted price until after he did something. This didn't make sense to me. But i ended up paying for the food and waited.
After waiting about another 10 minutes they finally got my food to me however i did notice that they were extremely slow in getting everyones orders out to them. It was probably one of the slowest services that i have ever experienced with any McDonalds. When i finally got the food the person didn't apologize for the wait or anything but rather just said thank you for waiting. It was an excessive...
Read moreI want to commend the gentleman taking my order and receiving payment, he was very effective and efficient at the 1st window. The worst experience I had was the 2nd window to receive the order and she was not friendly or helpful. I had to ask several times for ketchup which I received, and then I stated can I get get creamer and Splenda or sweet n low for the coffee and she said its made how you ordered it. I told her I am placing an order for friends and I will need it on the side because I don’t know how they like their coffee. She said we don’t have any and I’m not going to scoop it out of our machine. She was very dismissive and as a person visiting from out of town I will post a review about the experience. She was more worried about the drive thru screens instead of the customer experience that was a mere 10 secs if she was attentive to customer requests. Spending $40 at an establishment is worth a little bit of attention. You lose customers when you’re not nice! I hope McDonalds can correct this practice in the future because I have always had good experiences...
Read moreI asked for extra fudge and fries and got this pictured below. I handed it back and got a little tiny bit on the top. I want like every bit with fudge. Not some on the top , get the eat basically the whole thing with none then get to the bottom that has a tiny drizzle. And it really wouldn't frustrate me if I didn't pay 4$ for a tiny cup of ice cream and whatever bit for the extra fudge and if their prices didn't sky rocket and if my fries weren't also half full I paid for a medium and got like a small worth. They really think it's going to help their profits but it's not because people will buy less food and spend less and eventually just not come.. This location always seems to be ripping people off but want to charge premium prices. If someone pays for an extra amount of something it's shady to not just give them the extra bit of fudge. Im just sick of getting ripped off y'all. We spend too much money at these places to not get FULL amounts. No one wants to feel ripped off when they go some...
