due to a glitch in THEIR system my card was double charged. i called and a manger who was a women that i didn’t get the name of told me i could come back and get a refund for the extra amount i was charged. When i came back she was unfortunately off by then and replaced with a different shift manager who’s name was DAVE. I am a young black female. So when Dave told me to correct my ‘tone’ i was HIGHLY offended when he began to mock the way i talk and put his hand on his hip. stereotyping an angry black woman. i had just got off from class and had been up since 3am because i work first shift. i tried explaining i did not have an attitude, i was simply exhausted and rightly a little upset by the double charge but i just wanted a refund. he refused to help me or even speak to me in a humanly matter and told me he doesn’t care what i had to deal with because it has nothing to do with him. i am shocked how he is even a manager in Fast Food/Customer service considering he can’t even handle a customer who was wrongfully DOUBLE charged. I will never be returning to this store and i will definitely be calling corporate. Mind you he had about 3 young black women as crew members working at the time who looked even more horrified by the way he was mocking me and stereotyping me. Absolutely unacceptable. Read moreI've went there twice and the first time we were talked to rudely and yelled at due to us being too quiet at the drive thru. We apologized, but the next and FINAL time we went there we were yelled at and kicked out of line for being too loud even though we're aware that we were a distance away from he drive thru speaker, and we were taking our last visit into account. At no point during our order were we told we were to loud until we completed the order, at which point we were to leave the line for "yelling in his ear." and when we called the store not only did they not cooperate but the were rude once again on the phone and repeatedly called my boyfriend a woman despite the fact he correct them multiple times and they insisted on calling him/lady, and said "what do you want me to do"? Read moreI bought 3 orders of chicken ranch sandwiches @ 2 for $6. I arrived home and only had 5 sandwiches. I call. Gentleman was respectful & nice. Took my name and said come back anytime. Today my wife and I went back. Told the young lady what happened and she told me to move forward. I got to the window to get my sandwich and bought another one. Pulled over and again they messed up and gave me wrong sandwiches. I go back to window only to get attitude. Told me to keep sandwiches.then gave me 1 sandwich I they originally messed up on.
