First off let me say that the workers during the week at lunch time are great. Today however Saturday afternoon about 5 pm....I became so done with this McDonald's. I watched a worker put pickles on some burgers. The guy next to him says no man those are supposed to be no pickle....so he takes them off. I get not wanting to waste food but you guys should know better. Some people are not asking for no "insert ingredient" because they don't like it but because they are intolerant or allergic! I tried to make the supervisor aware but she just walked off while I was in the middle of trying to make her aware of the situation. So then I tried to explain to the girl working the front counter....she responds by asking me what I wanted her to do. I said nothing just making you guys aware. Food service is a big job. You can literally kill someone. Every job affects someone and should be taken seriously. I guess I might as well throw in the fact the last week the girl that was taking payment at the back window found her phone much more interesting than her job. She swiped my card and immediately picks up her phone then gives me my card and then right back to her phone. Seriously?.....against my better judgement...thinking the day shift workers were gone...I went back to get cookies for my kids.....I was told "I can't do cookies for you because they're using the oven"........WHAT?! This is to the point of being funny but my fault...
   Read moreSo I did a mobile đą order as I am an Instacart shopper & I was under my OWN order, so I had 2 b fast! Omg.... JUST THE OPPOSITE!!! đ𤨠so in case ur not aware, mc d's doesn't offer ALL of the options on the mobile. .so after putting my order in (seriously right next to their building) I call and after FINALLY getting someone to pick up ask if they could please add onion to my fish sandwich as they didn't offer that option on the mobile.... so that's when the guy VERY RUDELY informs me they don't even have my order đŻđ¤¨ I would have to come in etc.... now Really.... isn't the whole point of mobile ordering to be quicker? So there I stand waiting for a manager because no one can figure out where my order is...... so she comes and asks.... turns out it was sitting right there on the counter the entire time! đđŻđ¤¨đ¤Śââď¸ oh that's not even the best!!! So she takes it back, sloppily throws onion on it (ty!) While breaking it and making a mess of it! Now at least thankfully it was nice & hot, fresh..... SO MUCH MORE than I can say for my 10 piece!! How in the world can u be so busy and still serve dead nuggets.... really?!?! Smh.... won't be going to that one again! Shame really since I get at least 5 orders a day at the kroger right up the...
   Read moreAfter being parked today at the drive through (because their default setting now is to tell you you're waiting and park you AFTER you pay) I was given to my #2. I took one bite out of my quarter pounder and shocked to find it nearly raw, with only the very outside of the burger being cooked.
To the young manager's credit, when I brought the meal back in, she did immediately see the issue, apologized, and provided me with my refund. No offer to give me a gift card or complimentary anything to make up for it...but in fairness, I'm not sure I would have accepted. She freely gave me her name when I asked, assured me she would speak to her staff, and genuinely displayed remorse that this had happened.
Unfortunately this incident goes beyond waiting too long for food or getting cold fries. The staff here are always very friendly, but this crosses a trust line that cannot be uncrossed. This uncooked burger is just the incident I caught RED handed (see what I did there?). What have I eaten from here that had issues I did not catch? I'm afraid I will never return to...
