First of all, the prices are exorbitant! $40.00 for two hamburgers, one large fry, and one drink. After arriving home with our order, I found that we were charged and given FOUR patties. This is NOT what I asked for. The fries were old, limp, full of grease and extremely salty. Overall, the meal was disgusting and cost as much as a sit down restaurant. I returned the next morning to discuss my experience, and I was told by "Madison" (refused to give me her last name) that not all staff understands the menu and properly communicates to patrons that when you order a hamburger, you will get two patties. I was told that there would be no recompense for such a poor experience and that the location had no General Manager...It was her (shift leader) and no one else. TERRIBLE FOOD AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE! I will never visit this restaurant again and will make sure that our entire community of 750 new homes are informed via our community Face Book Page, my experience with "Madison" and the Five Guys Chain. At a minimum, the staff needs training in customer service and needs to inform and verify patrons purchase before they pay $40.00 for TWO HAMBURGERS THAT WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE TWO PATTIES EACH TO BEGIN WITH AND SOME VERY DISGUSTING FRIES. Never again will I fail to do my due diligence when visiting a new retail establishment. I experienced a lack of professionalism at every level. Think twice before you choose this restaurant to spend your hard...
Read moreIâve visited Five Guys in multiple states and numerous locations, but this was by far the worst experience my spouse and I have ever had. We stopped by for a late-night shake on 2/20/2025. I arrived at 9:14 PM and waited about two minutes before anyone acknowledged us. By 9:16 PM, I placed an order for just one shake. Fifteen minutes later, I noticed that three customers who ordered after me had already received their food. I approached the employee who took my order, and he simply said, "Hey, we are pretty backed up and busy. Weâll get to you." I accepted that explanation at first, but as more time passed, additional customersâwho ordered well after usâreceived their food and shakes. By 9:52 PM, I saw yet another customer who ordered a milkshake after us get their order. Frustrated, I went back to the same employee, and he once again told me they were busy. At this point, five different people who ordered after us had already been served. My spouse and I had enough and immediately requested a refund. The staff seemed confused and unorganized during the process. Our receipts clearly show that we placed our order at 9:16 PM and finally received a refund at 9:55 PMâalmost 40 minutes later. This was an unacceptable experience and a clear example of poor...
Read moreWe walked into a Saginaw, TX location yesterday, Store # TX-4136.Walking in, we were bombarded with loud music, which was very distracting. We had to ask the order taker several times to repeat herself, as we couldn't understand what she was saying because of the music. We told her the music was too loud several times, and she just mumbled something. The prices for the food should be based on food quality (flavor & looks & amount), atmosphere, etc. The prices are WRONG. The atmosphere was wrong. The music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other across the table. Sure, this was a sit-down establishment, but so are most fast food places. THIS IS A FAST-FOOD LOCATION. We paid $7.99 for 1 small cheeseburger, 1-3oz patty. We paid $11.59 for 1 large cheeseburger, 2-3oz patties. We paid $7.59 for 1 Regular Fry, which we shared because of the cost. We chose water over the pricy drinks. Our total for LUNCH was $29.41.Bear in mind, we were not downtown anywhere. We were in a small suburb 5 miles North of Fort Worth. The food was of decent quality. The greasy fries were dumped on top of the burgers in a paper bag. By the time I got to the table, the bag was soaked with grease, and I needed to get more napkins. We will NEVER go to...
