Have LOVED this Pizza hut since I moved to town. BEST PIZZA I have had in a long time. I order from here weekly. Had an issue with an order coming cold. Called and spoke with the manager, Ben whom told me to keep the entire order to return when a new order was delivered and he was firing his driver. I plead with him to not go to such extremes, but he brazenly boasted about how incompetent his drivers were and he was firing 3 drivers! I exchanged the order (2 cold pizzas, boneless wings and pasta) for the new delivery (now over an hour since I ordered). New order came, pepperoni pizza was nice and hot and the wings looked good, as did the pasta. Ben ensured he made everything himself. Well, Ben made the 2nd pizza without mushrooms, plain cheese... Called Ben back, let him know that we received the new order and it all looked good except there were no mushrooms on the pizza HE made. He snapped back with - I made you a cheese pizza as you ordered, but box it all up and send it back for the THIRD time when I received the NEXT delivery. He was belittling me on the phone when I asked him if I could only return the wrong pizza and he said, no the whole thing, I give you a new order, you give me the old, that's how it works. I finally broke in and stated I would just need the pizza that HE made wrong to be sent out. He had me in tears. This was nearing 2 hours since I made my order. My husband was extremely upset by the way he spoke to me and called to tell them he was coming in with the wrong pizza and he wanted to talk to Ben. When my husband arrived Ben threatened to call the police because he thought my husband was aggressive... He is a VERY dissatisfied customer whom wanted to make sure the order BEN made was right. He questioned my husband about the first order. BEN said he thought the pizza was not cold. I am sure he believed it was warm in his opinion. So he told my husband we should have accepted the first order because he thought it was hot enough. I have ordered pizza from this place EVERY WEEK for over a year without one complaint. Every time the pizza has been spectacular. I order KNOWING how hot and fresh the pizza is upon arrival. Ben then argued with my husband about how much he as done for us and it was ridiculous that he was still dealing with us and he lost money by sending us so many orders and we were harassing him by calling again and again. I called twice. Once when the order was not hot, the second time to let BEN know the pizza HE made was made wrong...... He blamed me for being too picky and expecting hot pizza and then by calling him back because he made the pizza wrong. He said, thanks to us he fired an employee. My husband had given Ben the cheese pizza BEN himself made wrong. BEN THREW THE PIZZA INTO THE KITCHEN!!!! He was VERY aggressive and threatening over a customer complaint. My husband left and when he got home the third pizza was being delivered. Mind you, we returned EVERY pizza... It was over 3 hours before we got our whole order. Needless to say, all the other food was cold by the time we were done swapping pizzas out. He sent my husband home empty handed and rattled because he threatened to call the police on him. BEN THREW A PIZZA!

When we got home and were eating, my husband bit into his pizza and a long light hair was literally stuck in his teeth from the pizza. We called to complain and Elizabeth simply said, "So what? It was free anyways." She kept arguing with my husband, and when a coworker asked her what was going on she told them that we were, "full of bull." He requested to be put on the phone with a regional manager. Aside from there being a hair in our food, to berate and be so rude was completely out of line on Elizabeth's part. It doesn't matter that she partially credited it, there should NEVER be human hair cooked into food. It's disgusting. We will see if she follows through and is sure that a regional manager is in...
Read moreWorst experience I've ever had at any Pizza Hut do not go to this Pizza Hut they do not wear masks or gloves and on top of it I did a contact list order which they never gave it to me I had to go inside and ask for it and I just saw a bunch of employees standing around doing nothing just sitting down hanging out and it was very slow so I don't understand why customer service was bad and they also charge for parmesan cheese I asked for some and they told me that they have to charge me for it I don't understand I go to the other Pizza Hut which is right around the corner and never have a problem getting cheese and pepper I don't know if this is a new company policy or it's just the owner being cheap but I will be contacting Pizza Hut corporate office to see...
