I was excited to find this location was open till 1am. That I could go by on my way home after taking care of my Patients. 14 and 16 hr days are rough. Without having to deal with a class clown at the drive through. I thought because there was a train the young man couldnt hear me and that was why he asked me to pull up to the window. I first thought he also was just trying to joke around but the joke was on me. The young man said there was no chicken tenders this was at 12:20 am that they only had bones which I thought was a joke but turns out he wasn't joking. I asked several times what food was available This young man kept jumping around like he was on some kind of drugs and laughing at me. This was when I realized he just wanted to go home and was telling people oh we are out of that , and that ,and that so finally Lauren a more professional adult tried to help she said they could make wraps and they did have chicken sandwiches, I finally ordered. Unfortunately because if the mentally delinquent attitude of the young man. Caused their whole line to back up because of the way I was treated I refused to pull up,especially when that young man kept laughing, looking at me and started giving me dirty looks because of his bad behavior. Good thing I didn't move because of his rude and insidious behavior the cook forgot the cheese on my Sons sandwiches so Lauren graciously got them I told her I'd put them on so the other people waiting till nearly 12:55 might get their orders. It's sad that popeyes has always been a favorite of mine and I just knew I was going to get to have another choice after late night of working with paitients. This Man Child really needs to do alot of customer service training, empathy training and hope that one day he doesn't end up being that customer that ends up in my ER , I wonder what he'd say if I said I'm so sorry we can't take you in for emergency surgery tonight because we have no anesthesia to give you for your injury or bandages, to cover your wounds, no clamps to stop the bleeding oh ..and we will have to wait for a O.R. to be cleaned because we hired a young man that can't find the disinfectant, or sterile water to clean the surgical table for you. It might be 10 or 12 hours before we can help...

I'm in the drive thru to begin with for 25mins, cars in front and back of me, I leave this same review before getting to the window that I am editing it now to what happened, I get to the window to a man with breast held up higher than mine, bright lipstick, eyelashes that would fly away, arms full of hair looking beat-ful. I'm told to pull up on the side for my food for 8 mins specifically, go inside after 10mins to see what's going on, see like 3-5 people sitting in the restaurant as if they already ate, NO! they waiting for they food!! I have a Caucasian lady ordering next to me inside, employee can't understand what she's saying; unbelievable, you got employees counting how many napkins to put in a bag, counting the forks, wth is going on with this world? No straws in the dining area, WAITING on classic chicken at Popeye's, can you believe that!? After another 10 mins another girl comes in waiting on the same thing I ordered and I ask how long she's been waiting for, she was waiting less than I have so I definitely expected mine to come out first, I'm asking how much longer on the chicken, I'm told it's coming out already, chicken comes out the fryer and is still sat on top for another 10 mins before someone starts to pack it, drive thru still packed, at this point I've been waiting a whole 30 mins inside aside the 30 i waited in the drive thru, the caucasian girl who ordered her food inside got her food before I did, I'm starting to ask where is the chicken at? Lady points at the heated lamp area, I ASK why my. Chicken isnt in the bag yet?, I ask for a refund, "no one is here to give you a refund", I am here to open that register and get my refund that's who is here And then a nice young girl pulls a bag of food from the drive thru side as if my food was there the whole time like what? I check my food inside to confirm all my items are here. Its been an entire hour at this point. This world is going down. Idk what is going on at this Popeye's but God bless this business...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this location… as I pull up to the window around 10:30pm (4/12/25) the cashier was finishing her txt before acknowledging anything going on. She has a second to find my order and says my total I heard at the window I had ordered 2 sandwiches with bacon and cheese (no pickles) one combo one by itself with fries and red beans with rice along with 2 strawberry pies. As the cashier hands me my receipt and drink I turn around to her handing me the 2 strawberry pies and saying “have a great night” and proceeds to go back on her phone to txt whom ever , so as any confused person would I just waited till she realized I was still there (another 2 mins) as she realized she’s still at work she proceeded to ask did I get my strawberry pies? I replied yes but I’m still missing my whole order she then goes calls out to her co worker “the foods not even ready?” Then grabs a bag without double checking anything and then replies again with “have a great night”. I had more patience then I should have with her and the whole customer experience and I drove off and gave the the benefit of the doubt the the order should be good… boy was I wrong. As I got home I open my bag to find one sandwich with pickles along with Mac and cheese and fries and a biscuit. Let’s start with the sandwich for one it had pickles and no cheese or bacon and basically was mayo with a side of chicken for two the Mac and cheese tasted well not fresh is the only words I can use to describe it but the fries were good so that’s the only reason for 2 stars I’m very disappointed with the night crew but as much as they are to blame I more blame the management and the owner of this establishment for letting poor work ethic and distractions in the workplace and letting customers have bad experiences I would hope this crew addresses theses issues or put a Burger King at this location instead with even them having more respect for it’s customers. I will not be returning nor recommending anyone come to this location unless you want to take a chance...
