Starbucks — Restaurant in Sahuarita

After spending some time with our friend, we chose to get Starbucks, breakfast and coffee on our way out of town. We went inside and ordered, and the lady that took our order was snappy and managed to get our order wrong because she knew best. Half of our food was heated and the other half was not. I ordered a skinny latte and when she went through the list to offer me all kinds of sweets in it, I said no. I got my drink and it had vanilla stuff in it. A skinny doesn't have sweet. If people want to order skinny and add sweet to it, they should say so. The lady told us we were wrong and we should have specified each one. I have one of the old gold cards because I have been a Starbucks person from day one. I have never been treated so rudely. When I have ordered my drink, on occasion I do get asked do I want all that stuff in it. And I say no. I have never been told I am wrong. Our British friends are here visitng, and they walked away saying Starbucks is so rude. The store could use some friendlier people. Maybe they need to go back...

My wife told me specifically what drink she wanted me to get her;

“Venti Carmel Macchiato Frappachino made with COCONUT MILK” because she’s lactose intolerant.

The girl who took my order asked if I wanted a regular frappachino. I responded no just exactly what I’d told her again...

What I received was two regular Frappuccinos made with dairy product which my wife is intolerant of...

We’ve had this issue with this particular Starbucks previously as well and not just once or twice. The people that work there simply do not listen to the customer. We will not be returning...

I'm not happy bout this review! I don't do a lot of bad reviews but this is just Soo sad! Got great drinks for the past month while visiting family and today I ordered a Matcha tea and it was mostly.foam, went back showed them she just filled my cup up with milk, didn't remake it just filled it up with milk!
