Dunkin' — Restaurant in Saint Albans Town

I ordered a plane bagel with sausage bacon with extra bacon cheese with no egg. Every time I order this, I go back and forth on extra bacon, funny story, I get more bacon on the sandwich without ordering extra bacon. Any how, I ordered it again today with the extra bacon to see and literally has 3 bacon strips and it’s Dunkin’ so it’s skinny fake microwave bacon but I got charged $2.50 for the bacon. Seriously, the sandwich was $7 and change. Most I have ever been charged and I got no egg. You would think you might be able to exchange the egg with more bacon or a little discount on the sandwich with out egg. Very unhappy, feels like they charge me different amount every time. That being said, I would like to touch base on the owner on what the impact of reviews do. Dunkin should be a great place to go to but you see these reviews, makes a lot of consumers not wanting to...

Don't know what is going on with this location. Ordered 6 donuts and the kid crams them all in to one bag and the bag was ready to fall apart. The coffee tasted like it was sitting on the burner for hours and had a soapy taste to it. Tried the donuts, 2 jelly, 2 chocolate glazed and a chocolate creme. There was no jelly in the center or chocolate in the creme filled. Just a bunch of dough, really sad the donuts were so terrible, there was more chocolate on the bag than inside the donut. Not to mention 2 employees were singing some rap song and cursing out loud with the lyrics. Very unprofessional, I know now why people around here avoid dunkin...

I get the SAME coffee every time at every Dunkin. This is the only store that continuously makes my drink wrong even though they get the order right. It one of those things were you drink something forever and you know when it's not right. I'm getting more and more frustrated because it's the closest store to me. About to drive further to get my drink right. Literally suffering through a large disgusting coffee right now....like many times before.basked my partner to get me a coffee because I feel so sick today. My last three dollars in my wallet. Kinda just felt like...I deserve a nice coffee...
