Finally switched to T-Mobile and couldnāt be happier!
Iāve been a loyal AT&T customer for years, but the bills kept climbingāmy four phone lines, internet, Apple Watch, and AirPods were costing me nearly $600 a month. I decided to make the switch to T-Mobile, and wow, what a difference! Now Iām paying about $250 a month for everything, and the service has been fantastic.
The coverage is solid in my area, calls are clear, and the internet speed is reliable with their internet box. Managing four phone lines on one bill has never been easier, and the customer service has been super helpful every time Iāve needed assistance.
Iām also loving that my Apple Watch and AirPods integrate seamlessly without any hiccups. The value Iām getting for the price is unreal compared to my old carrier. If youāre considering switching, definitely give T-Mobile a shotāyouāll save a ton and still get great...

My bill has been incorrect every month...after 2 "chat" sessions and 2 "live" phone sessions, each with the confirmation that the bill was wrong and assurances it would be corrected, I went into the store and announced I intended to take my business elsewhere if nothing was done to correct my issue! Now I did not set my phones up at this store so the employees had no reason to feel personally involved HOWEVER they assured me it would be corrected. Kimberi, Domingo and Jason spent the best part of 2 hours making calls to several places...they problem-solved as a team and also kept me in the loop and low and behold....when I left that store I was amazed at the customer service, amazed at their dedication to making me a happy customer and amazed they got my bill corrected!!!!! Thanks guys (especially Kimberli) you got...

I had a phone sent there because I was a warranty issue the phone turned off by itself and never came back on. So they sent the replacement to the store. After almost an hour waiting the guy looks in the phone with he's phones camera and tells me it has water damage! Even though my phone is water resistant! I did were he's like you see this little red dot I'm like no. He was like well you can really see it! I'm like so how can you see it then? I hate that T-Mobile leaves your faith in people's opinion! I wouldn't me so upset if he would of gotten to me right away instead of talking about he's trip to london and football! Like bro you there to work not socialize! This is the second time I had a bad experience at a different store! Save your money and go...
