I've been buying carne al Pastor here. Its delicious. It's diced pork meat marinated in a very delicious red sauce. I asked for the recipe and he said it was secret lol I like it even more now!. Highly recommend. While I was there I noticed there are so many authentic Hispanic products here. Very cool store check it out.

I have to deduct a star. I do realize some fat in meat makes it better. This is far too much fat. I bought 2 lbs. For Sure At Least 1/2 maybe 3/4 lb is Solid gristle fat. I'm serving this to other people so I went through it by hand and I used gloves and squashed every piece of meat and this is to the left is all fat. I can't serve that to people. After pulling out the fat this is still an amazing meat...
