I am normally not the type to write negative reviews but I seem to have consistent issues at this Andy’s location specifically. Today’s experience takes the cake for the worst customer service I’ve experienced there.
I was super excited to hear they had their s’mores jackhammer back for the season, and when I pulled in, they had ads for that exact product plastered all over the place. After waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, someone came to take my order on a tablet. I ordered a small s’mores jackhammer and he began to enter in my order, but proceeded to say “so I assume you just want vanilla custard with marshmallow filling since we don’t have s’mores right now”… as he was standing directly in front of a giant poster for the exact s’mores jackhammer I ordered. I switched up my order entirely as that wasn’t what I wanted and the person taking my order had an attitude about it. At the window, the person that took my card had his hands visibly covered in hot fudge and whipped cream, which promptly ended up all over my own hands and card.

Read more1 Star — Overpriced Plain Custard with No Accountability
I spent over $22 on two large Jackhammers with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and hot fudge, and what I got was basically two cups of plain vanilla custard. There was a tiny dime-sized smear of hot fudge on top, and the PB cups were barely present — just a very thin layer on the top. The rest? Completely empty. No fudge, no peanut butter cups, just plain custard.
When I brought it up at the window, I was told everything was in there — as if I couldn’t see what I was eating. It’s insulting to be treated like I’m wrong when the evidence is right in front of me. This isn’t the first time either. I even went out of my way to ask for the hot fudge all the way down and extra Reese’s cups, specifically because it was disappointing last time too. I was told it would be made right. Clearly, it wasn’t.
I’m tired of paying premium prices for lazy, inconsistent service. If you can’t be bothered to make the item as advertised, don’t charge full price for it. This was a complete waste of money and a frustrating...

The custard is good but you have increasingly left us frustrated with the little things you should be getting right every time. We order 2 sizes - medium and small. Sometimes we get a tiny cup. Sometimes we get a small cup. Sometimes our mediums are two different size cups. Sometimes the medium looks like a small. Sometimes the cup looks medium but the contents look small. It's always different. Sometimes our cups are covered in custard. Sometimes the bag is covered in custard. Sometimes the lid is bursting and custard is oozing out. Tonight we ordered a small chocolate custard with M&Ms and we were told we couldn't do that. But we just got it yesterday. So they gave us a vanilla with M&Ms in a tiny cup. I guess vanilla is the new chocolate and tiny is the new small? Can you please work on getting the small things right? We go to Doozle's, Kilwins, Dairy Queen, and Fritiz's, they all know what size they sell. We can just start skipping Andy's...
