Arby's — Restaurant in Saint Charles

Very, very disappointed with this visit and have been to this store several times but after tonight, enough is enough. I'm asked to wait before I give my order, ok no problem. I verbally stated at least four times, " I want two TURKEY Gryos with bacon and extra onions. I also stated at least three times "I want the Bourbon BBQ Brisket as a combo with crinkle cut fries, with sweet tea. All my spider senses were tingling but I convinced myself that they couldn't mess up this very simple two item order. I get home and my wife starts unpacking the meal. She comes to me and ask, showing me the gryo what is this? Having had on other occasions this very same order we know what a TURKEY Gryo with bacon and extra onions looks like. This wasn't it!! I get cleaned up and ready to chow down on this Brisket sandwich. I've worked in fast food from cleaning everything to becoming a manager and food can/should only sit a short period of time before it's thrown out. All of this should have been thrown out hours ago. The Brisket was dry. The fries which I asked for crinkle but came out as curly were fossilized and cold. Tea should taste fresh not 6am this morning made. Literally only came here for the cheesesteak and was pretty excited. Don’t get me wrong they were super nice about it but they told me they just sold the last one right before me as soon as I got to the window, but not at the time of me ordering so I felt obligated to get the rest. Now is my complaint. Got the 3 for 6 deal and a burger also. They KEPT telling me about them dropping the food fresh so I waited. I ordered 2 honey mustard wraps and a fry. They handed out the food and told me again to be careful because the “fries and wraps were fresh”. They not only forgot my fries but also they gave me ranch wraps instead of honey mustard… I waited extra for it to be fresh to half not be there and the rest to be wrong. Guy (middle age black man, possibly manager) taking orders inside was so rude! I (female) state the meal that I want. He asks "large?". Me "large what?". This man then dismisses me and talks to my boyfriend. First of all large sandwich? large fries? large soda? Some meals come with 3 size of sandwiches. State a complete sentence so I can respond appropriately. THEN this man goes on and on to MY BOYFRIEND how dumb people are and they can answer simple question. BASICALLY CALLING ME STUPID when he is the one who only said one word to me. I am not stupid, despite being a woman. Also clean your restaurant so guests dont have to wipe a table to eat.
