If you think chuck e cheese has gotten better then I'm sorry to say you have been misled. We thought that their new subscription method was a great idea and that the Chuck-E-Cheese change of pace would be beneficial in the grand scheme of kid entertainment, but unfortunately what we have learned is that Chuck-E-Cheese is nothing more than a disgusting, greedy brand, that has no actual intention on fixing the problems that sit with their core values. This location in particular is a wonderful example sitting in St. Charles. It sits in a relatively wealthier part of the St. Louis area. Yet when you walk in you would never think so, as your feet stick to the floor next to the soda machines from the gallons of sugar syrup that is caked on, and as you walk up to game after game that is not currently working, as you play a game that has basically no reward value anymore because they've turned all the games rewards down to practically nothing. You quickly realize that this is not even the Chuck-E-Cheese you remember as a kid. The food sucks. It's overpriced. The quality just isn't there and you are left wondering "why do I even come to Chuck-E-Cheese anymore?" and the whole reason is that you've been tricked, and it's quite unfortunate. Chuck-E-Cheese is a dying brand and unfortunately with the corporate overlords at the top have failed to realize is by turning all the Chuck-E-Cheese locations into a gray corporate shell of what they once were, they killed every part of what Chuck-E-Cheese meant, and now it's nothing more than a low quality, feature lacking Kokomo Joe's that doesn't even really save you money. I recently took my nephew to Chuck E. Cheese for a fun day out, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time! From the moment we walked in, everything was clean, organized, and filled with that exciting energy that makes kids light up. But what truly made our visit stand out was the amazing service we received from Dawna.
Dawna went above and beyond to make sure our time there was special. She greeted us with a huge smile and treated my nephew like he was the most important kid in the world. She was so patient and kind—helping us get set up with our play cards, explaining how everything worked, and even taking the time to make sure my nephew felt confident using the games on his own. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure every guest had a great experience.
Throughout our visit, Dawna checked in several times to make sure we were doing okay, and when my nephew got nervous about meeting Chuck E. during the dance time, she knelt down, talked to him gently, and made him feel completely comfortable. By the end, he was smiling, dancing, and having the time of his life!
The food came out quickly and tasted great for a family spot like this, and the atmosphere was full of laughter and fun. But what really made the difference was Dawna’s warmth and professionalism—she’s the kind of person who turns a simple family outing into a truly memorable day.

Read moreThe manager BART is very unprofessional and the employees are worst they refused to give us a refund and BART stated that even if we called corporate for one we still wouldn't receive it because they were going to call him. Also I was playing the bowling game with my niece we were supposed to receive 34 tickets the machine made the noise as of they were printing and nothing came out I went to get assistance again from BART and he States well the machine doesn't say tickets are owed and I replied that because they tried printing and the never came out they must be bagged up I wouldn't lie about anything like this he States neither would I which let me know he thought that I was lying he opened the machine with the key and the tickets were stuck in the slot he ripped some off handed them to me and with the nastiest attitude said there that's way more than 34 tickets I don't recommend this place to anyone they are very unprofessional and don't treat their customers with respect.
