🚩💥 DO NOT TRUST THIS MERCHANT! 💥🚩First and LAST time customer experience here: this business had a booth this past weekend at Schwagstock 2025 - I spent $150! YES! $150! at this booth and an employee named Angela decided she wanted to keep my merchandise after I paid for it and not give it to me, then upon bringing this to her attention she told me (the PAYING CUSTOMER) that it was MY FAULT because I didnt check my bag before leaving....excuse me? Last time I checked from my personal experiences, when a customer PAYS IN FULL for a product it is EXPECTED that the merchandise is put in the customer's bag - the CUSTOMER should NOT have "to check" and make sure they received what they paid for! The thing that bothers me the most about all of this is that because of this woman's actions she has tainted this business' name forever where I'm concerned, which really bums me out because I had plans on becoming a regular, repeat customer planning on spending MUCH MORE 💰💰 at this business in the future because I have been looking for a store exactly like this since my favorite one closed - so to the OWNER of Glad Rags, you can thank Angela for YOU missing out on a return customer that was going to spend $100s, if not $1000s over time in your business - YOUR LOSS - DONT HIRE LIARS AND THIEVES - KARMA IS REAL ✌️🌈✌️

This place used to be so cool back in the day. The girl who was working when I went in obviously doesn't like people because she was not friendly at all. I ended up leaving without what I came for even though they had the exact item I wanted because I didn't want to continue my interaction with her. I had seen something that a friend had bought and went to buy the same exact item. When I tried to ask the girl a question about it she was very short and seemed like she was not interested and talking to me at all. I used to go to this shop frequently even when I didn't have something specific in mind because they always have cool items. That only takes you so far when you have horrible people working there.
