Habibi Hookah Bar & Lounge — Restaurant in Saint Charles

Came with my friends for my friend's 30th Birthday for some after dinner entertainment. I am a prior service member and have a service animal, my service animal is in a carried sling and did not bark or cause any commotion upon entry. The owner stopped our party at the door and said that I would have to leave my service animal in the car, and denied my friends and I entry. I offered her paperwork and proof of service and the owner still insisted on not allowing me entry. I felt embarrassed and triggered by the attention of the not being allowed entry. My service animal has been allowed to eat from the table of 5 star restaurants to local eateries, granted access to clubs and bars, malls, any and everywhere I go she is with me and has never been a problem.
