When I called to figure out why one of my pizzas was not thin crust, I thought I would have a nice conversation with an understanding. I was not calling to get something free! I was told when ordering a pizza online, it has all the customizing options there. But It did not. As I told her, I was offered an option to customize. I said no because I want it as the picture has it with thin crust and the way I've gotten it several times from other stores. She kept pushing that it automatically has you customize it. I said again, it did not. She said well, I know it does. So I asked her calmly, are you calling me a liar? I mean she was implying it. She never said I'm sorry it only asked you if you want to customize it. She just kept telling me I was wrong, when I knew I wasn't. I asked her to lower her voice, telling her I'm not angry. I just want to discuss this calmly, please. She hung up on me. I called back and was purposely hung up on. Then I went through the ordering process and took a screenshot.to prove I was not lying. I saw further down that it says original crust. I realized we were both wrong. I wanted to have a conversation with her or if she couldn't, another manager. Well, another manager answered. She was automatically on the defense. She was talking over me and kept just trying to give me dominoes customer service number. I told her I didn't want to go that far and I wasn't trying to get anything free. But they just don't have the customer.service skills or emotional maturity to handle the conversation. And yes, I ended up angry. I deserve an apology!! But will probably never get it, at least not from them. I would go.to a different dominoes and hope they have better...

The pizza arrived, a sight far from bliss, Horrible it tasted, a culinary amiss. And to my dismay, half the order was lost, A grievous error, a value at a great cost.

The sound of impact, a mailbox did yield, Leaving behind destruction in his wild zeal. I attempted to reach them, to mend the affair, But the robo answer system held me in despair.
Thirty minutes on hold, a frustrating wait, No resolution found, just a call left to fate. Never again shall I order, from this establishment, A bum dump of disappointment, a failed testament.
Oh, Dominos Pizza, your promise deceived, Leaving a bitter taste, a belief not achieved. For in the realm of dining, trust must prevail, A lesson learned, as I set sail.
Seeking pizza delight, elsewhere I shall roam, Where quality and service find a loving home. May my future meals be filled with delight, And the memory of this experience fade...
Read moreDefinitely some of the worst service I've had. I ordered a sandwich and some pasta which arrived very quickly. When we sat down to eat we realized that the pasta had very little (debatably any) sauce on it and that the sandwich bread was rock hard. No big deal we'll just call and ask for a replacement since there's still a half hour before they close. Wrong. After I was left on hold for ten minutes, my girlfriend thought she would try her hand and call as well. We both spent another ten minutes on hold before the line disconnected on both of us one after another. We drove up to the store arriving just minutes after the doors were locked. The young boy inside continuously and awkwardly stared off into the distance away from the door for several minutes I'm assuming in an attempt to ignore me. After knocking several times he then pretended to not be able to hear me through the glass even though I could hear him just fine. He refused to come to the door to talk to me and I couldn't speak to a manager. My information was passed along to them the next day through a corporate office however after almost a week I have yet to receive a phone call, email or any sort of apology or reparations. The owner of this franchise should be very...
