Doozle's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Saint Charles

I was in the drive thru about 20 minutes ago. I’m very disappointed in the staff. I’m a veteran and while I didn’t ask about a discount, the people behind me asked about a Veteran’s Day discount and the response was “no discounts” and the staff then made comments about Veterans Day and laughed. I find this very offensive. I understand if the company doesn’t give out discounts for veterans or whomever, however, show some respect! We can plainly hear them while sitting at the window. Thankfully the customer that asked about the discount didn’t hear but I did. Train your employees better. Also, side note, put lids on your cups if ordered in the drive thru. Leaked all over. I go here all the time when I'm up with my family. I always get gift cards and spend them on the same thing.... birthday cake ice cream! I always look for birthday cake or s'mores ice cream at these places. Their Birthday cake is unbelievable. Definitely recommend their flavors of the day. And mostly all of their ice cream is good! I love this place and this is one of my childhood favorites.
