I used to work at this fine establishment, lemme tell you, gotta be the most UNprofessional people I’ve ever worked with. To start, The guy who sauces pizzas with his hand, the owner, refuses to fix any issues in the store and if they do make an appearance it’s very lackluster and they just mark hard working people off for the smallest fixable in seconds, details. Half of the crew will watch you drown making pizzas, stocking, doing dishes at once and will only help once a blue moon if you are overworked. Every other task besides pizza making requires little to no movement while pizza making requires for the most part, non stop movement. So given that info, why must it be so hard to get off your phone and help with literally anything? Continuously being scheduled pizza and having to catch up last shifts work because they DIDNT do their JOB. Drives a man nuts 🥜 . Some of them loved to call me slow or that they did a bunch of my pizzas but when you only are tasked to do 5 movements a day, I can imagine how easy it must be to make some pizzas 😅.
Nice robot response btw. “Sorry your employment didn’t work out with us”. Can’t even address your stores’ problems. Nothing but a neglectful owner and you don’t care just how miserable anybody else in your workplace is as long as it puts a pretty penny in your pocket. You just love when people do YOUR job for you. If you truly appreciated my employment you wouldn’t’ve treated me like a worthless robot and you would’ve asked me how I was doing but no you can’t even show any human decency nor can you make your workplace tolerable. You literally sit there and WATCH as your entire shift sits on their phone while pizza table gets SLAMMED. Pathetic to me how everybody else can get paid for free on TOP of tips. Jobs work smoother when they are in a TEAM effort just...
Read moreWe ordered 2 sandwiches for carry out. A special hot, with the toppings on the side and a crispy chicken, plain with meat sauce on the side. Samii took the order. When we got home we realized the special was fully loaded and there was no meat sauce for the chicken sandwich. My wife brought the sandwiches back, untouched. Samii immediately got an attitude, blaming my wife for how she placed the order over the phone. She remade the special but refused to remake the chicken sandwich even though it was now 30+ minutes old and cold. When asked for a number to call for complaints, manager's name, owner's name or even her name she refused to give any information. My wife told her we order from them regularly. She rudely said "I've never seen you here". She didn't even consider that I am the one that picks up our orders and that we order for delivery. Her attitude was unacceptable. Her refusal to make the order correct was unacceptable. The way she spoke to a customer who she knows did not get what they ordered was unacceptable. I even gave a tip to her (for counter service). We...
Read moreRidiculously horrible customer service. We placed a large order for a party for pickup. They left out someone’s whole dinner. When I caught it and called them, I asked for them to bring it out since the party had started and we couldn’t send someone. We were 5 mins away from the store, but they refused. The only option I was given was for them to “remake” it (it wasn’t ever made, so not really a re-make) and for us to send someone to pick it up. We had paid cash since this store charges a ridiculous processing fee if you use credit cards, so we would have had to go anyway to get a refund. They forgot to give us something we paid for, and yet all the inconvenience was on us to fix it. No offer of anything to make it right. Or, what made the most sense, to have a delivery driver drive it the 5 mins away. For some reason that was completely out of the question. All I received was an excuse that it was a large order, so it was reasonable that they...
