Just had the worst experience ever at this location. I understand that it's busy and mistakes are made, but there was no excuse for tonight. Around 6:20 pm on 2/1/25 I went through the drive thru and ordered a fish filet meal. Got home only to find MAYONAISSE on the sandwich. I go back and they were considerably busier. I go inside, there's 3 orders waiting. The lady bagging never address me I stood there about 7 minutes. She walked passed me 2 times. I then begin to say excuse me several times to no avail from the counter. I then walk around the to the side entrance where I was in the sight of 3 workers and continue to say excuse me several more times to no avail. I finally shouted so loud that it got everyone's attention. IT SHOULD HAD NEVER GOTTEN TO THAT POINT. Someone finally acknowledges me. I let them know that my order was messed up. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. They (wouldn't give name) had on a turquoise shirt and black pants. Had a few facial piercings and a tattoo on the left side of their neck. They proceeded to tell me I was rude for yelling. REALLY. They told me that I could have just said excuse me. The customer who was standing with me told them that I had, several times. They insisted on telling me that my behavior was out of line. I have been standing there trying to get my order corrected for over 10 minutes. I did not get a reciept in the drive thru. They told me the printer was broken. They didn't understand what they had done to get me upset. They proceeded to tell me they were just trying to help me. I have worked in the service industry my entire adult life. I have never and would never treat a customer like that. I do not subscribe to the customer is always right mentality because unfortunately, they aren't. In this moment I tried the polite route, waited and got absolutely nothing. We went back and forth for several minutes because I was pissed off. When I asked for their name they refused and told me the manager wouldn't care about my complaint. Read moreThe wait time to place your order is always 15 minutes or more. Then you wait another 20 minutes for your food. The managers are always runners and they never are moving fast, usually standing around just staring into space, pretending to be staring at the screen. Instead of helping the 20 people in line and getting the orders placed, they continue looking at the line while the one cashier takes one orders and then packs up the food and then finally takes another order. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!! I was here 2 days ago and watched a manager yell at one of the workers for standing by the counter waiting patiently for the manager to finish serving customers and while she was waiting the manager said what the f* do you want? When the worker said to order a meal, the manager snapped back at her, well you're going to have to wait. Well duh, that is what she was doing. When she did get to order the manager didn't add a drink and then got pissed off when the worker asked for a cup and started telling her that employees can't have full meals anymore and the drinks are no longer included. The worker was just like okay. The manager then looked up saw all of us customers looking at her and she all of a sudden changed her tone quickly finished what she was saying and walked away. Most of the staff here is rude. Every manager I have encountered there has been lazy or rude!! Very disgusted with this location. I only have a 30 minute lunch, like most and when I decide to go there, my whole lunch is spent waiting!!! It doesn't matter what time you come, because my husband works night shift and goes on his lunch and it is 10 times worse. It needs to be taken care of. The store owners need to do something about it and soon!!!!

Read moreI have never given a bad review of an establishment until this one. This has to be the worst fast-food restaurant I have ever encountered. I've visited this location on average five to six times a week as it is in close proximity to where I live. As such I just kept quiet and didn't voice a concern. However, a few days ago enough was enough and I was hopeful a call to management would help ensure appropriate service on future visits. As a general rule drive-up service is extremely slow and the person taking your order is blunt with no expressed personality or gratitude for your business. Additional consistent concerns include often the food / coffee is cold and food is thrown the bag with wrappers half off the food item and consistently the coffee is not filled to the designated line inside the cup. Recently, both coffees ordered were once again filled to approximately 1 inch below the fill line so I called and spoke with Jason the manager. Jason talked over me, cut me off and mimicked me by repeating what I said and then he hung up on me. This type of behavior should not be tolerated of any employee let alone a manager who is expected to set an example for those he supervises. I recall only one positive experience at this location as the drive-up line moved quickly, employees were friendly and respectful, and my order was correct and hot. I quickly found out the boss / owner was in the restaurant on this particular day so everyone was on their best behavior. It shouldn't take the Boss / owner coming into the restaurant before service is provided as expected. I will spend the extra time it takes to travel to another McDonald's for my daily trips.
