Rally's — Restaurant in Saint Charles

Usually have a good experience with this Rally’s, but not today. My son wanted boneless chicken wings, so I didnt see them in the menu, but was informed they don’t have boneless wings, only bone in (he said he’s gotten them at this location before). I had no idea how much they were, but I figured my son wanted wings, so went ahead & ordered them as a combo. For that and a Big Buford combo it was $32. I about flipped but went ahead with the order. I pulled up to the drive thru & paid for the order. Then they tell me I need to pull around and wait because they’re cooking the wings fresh. BtW, I’m on my lunch break and dont have much time. When I asked how long it would be, the person at the register & another person behind her said they didn’t know. So I pulled into the only parking spot available, which was the handicap spot…apparently several other cars had to wait for their orders as well. 10 minutes later I went to the window to inquire about my order & was told the wings take 10 minutes to cook…and the guy at the window threw my order at me, not saying thank you for the order, nothing, complete rudeness. (Edit July 17 2020) (the emidiat response from the company was a great relief and clearly the problem with this rallys is not representative of there values ! ) I have avoided the Saint charles rallies for some odd years but went there one recent night and it was amazing! service and quality wete present so I decided maybe I will start visiting more often .. i went back a couple days later and had the worst experience in the drive-through I have ever had I was told me and my friends were not allowed to walk up and order at 10:00 p.m. and then were we went through the drive-through the and boy I proceeded to hassle us and claim we were making his life difficult so I made a nother recent decision to not again visit a rallies which is very sad because the food is exquisite .. in the end I ordered a number 1 and only received frys ... was also told the shake and ice cream machines were not working .. the staff at the Saint Charles Missouri rally are deplorable and disrespectful to say the least .. one worker (an older white gentleman)was actually fantastic and was the entire reason I decided to make rallys a main food stop like I do taco bell or jack n the box .. but unfortunately that decision lasted less than 2 trips to...

I love Rally's but I will say I am totally disappointed in this location.throughout the years I have randomly tried to give this restaurant a chance over and over again.the fries are supposed to be one of the best things there and they usually are always cold or taste like they hurried up and threw them back into the grease.this is disappointing because it only takes a couple minutes to make fresh fries I have managed a fast food restaurant.prior to that I stayed away from this location for over a year because after I got home I had ordered a fish sandwich the fish had to have been in the warmer for probably I'm thinking all day I couldn't even bend the piece of fish and 1/2 in from working in a fast-food restaurant you are only supposed to hold this for 20 minutesbut like I said I have worked in fast food and I know they re hold things and I have never seen any food in this condition it would have had to been there for hours. Additionally if you order a cone every single time their response is is it okay if it's in a cup it's really runny.I don't think that is okay in for a long time. By now you should take the money to get your ice cream machine fixed.be friendly and serve your food hot and fresh that's all...
