I had been shopping all day and I gave a really bad back so I wasn’t able to cook at home. So I thought I’d whip into Wendy’s. So I order my entire family of 4 some burgers. I ordered my 4 cheese burgers with no?mayonaise! I even went through each cheese burgers , telling them must instead. With French Fries , 2 sodas, and two freezes , one Chaco late, one orange dream sickle. mmy order came to be approximately $48 and change. We drive directly home from Cave Springs to Charlestowne for n St Charles. Got home, se the table , handed the burgers out and what not so my huge disappointment there was Mayonnaise on every single burger ! Now if you’re like me, when you don’t like Mayonnaise, just the sight and smell 👃 of it is discusTING ! I HATE MAYONNAISE ! Everyone in my family that nks it’s disgusting , so right there was $50 down the drain because I’m not going to drive all the way back up there at 9 pm! So I call the store on Muege which is the store location of were I went to.. and no one would answer and there was no leaving a message because it doesn’t let you so here I am making hotdogs on a Tuesday night W macaroni and cheese, because every thing else I had was frozen and trust me no one is happy at this point! I knew I should’ve gone to Culver’s! I’m going to continue to call and I will be going back up there in the morning and u want my $60 back or there going to get more then a bad review! What happened to the good old days when people took pride in their work or company. I know we take pride in our company which is why we have a 98.6 % google rating! Read moreVery poor experience there today. The young lady working the window (receipt said "Jana") was extremely rude. I went out of my way to be nice and wish her a nice day, she couldn't muster a word or even a fake half smile during our entire interaction....I mean you're at work, at least put forth a SMALL effort to be remotely pleasant. Then I get home and discover they messed up a very simple order; apparently "Junior Bacon Cheeseburger with no mayo" means bun and burger only in their world. It was correct on the receipt, so I'm not sure what happened.
My friend called the manager and told her about the situation; she offered to replace the burger if we wanted to drive back there, which was not convenient, so we declined.
I'm a big fan of Wendy's and usually have good experiences there, particularly at the locations in Bridgeton off 370 and the location in Florissant on Lindbergh. However, this was my first visit to this location and I can assure you it will be my last.
EDIT: Decided to give this location a shot again. They did an absolutely awful job, again. They weren't busy or anything, but still couldn't manage to get my simple order correct. My chicken sandwich was covered in mayo, which I requested not be on there, so that had to be thrown away. Additionally, I ordered and paid for a frosty through the app, but when I got to the restaurant they told me they were out of frosty's. I was told they would remove it from my order and refund me, but they never did. The employee I spoke to was not overtly rude, but he certainly lacked customer service skills. Read morePulled through the drive through at 9pm to pick up a door dash order, was told to pull up to the side of the building to wait, with no one behind me in line, because of their drive thru times. When the order was brought out, they sent the manager and when I tried to ask her why I had to pull forward when nobody was behind me she immediately started telling me that I was in the wrong for not coming inside and gave me an attitude. I politely admitted my fault in that, and said I only went through the drive thru because most Wendy's I pick up from close their doors early. Even after being nice and admitting my part in all of this, she told me orders are "made to order" and it takes 2-3 minutes to cook them. I responded with, "well your times should reflect that then". She told me no, gave an attitude and walked away from me. I then watched her go inside and mock our conversation to her coworkers. I'm a friendly, understanding person most times, but not when given unnecessary attitude when trying to have a civil conversation. Hope this reaches higher management and they are dealt consequences.
