Don’t bother to order curbside pick up and expect to be acknowledged upon arrival. I ordered at 8:51 and was advised pick up time would be in 20 minutes. I arrived at approximately 9:25 allowing them extra time (34 minutes from when the order was placed and about 15 minutes after I was scheduled to pick up. ) I checked in upon arrival and proceeded to wait. After about ten minutes - I noticed a sign with a phone number. I called and called .. no answer. I did not bring a mask as I was expecting curbside pick up. I got out of my car and stood in front of the window attempting to make eye contact with anyone. I was waving at the person at the counter. No response. I got back in my car checked in again. No response. I called three more times when a young woman answered. I asked for a manager and was told she was the manager. I was not pleased that I had to wait almost 30 minutes in the parking lot and unable to reach anyone without repeated calls. In the interim I saw a delivery guy waved him down and he went in to check. This is where it gets good. The manager actually said “We are too busy to bring the orders out !!!!” So I asked then “Why do you offer curbside pickup ? “ and her answer was because of Covid. Hmmm ! So if you are managing a restaurant during Covid and advertise curbside pick up wouldn’t you have someone dedicated to that job ? I proceeded to say - so it’s ok to waste your customers time and keep guests waiting and the manager actually said “actually you are wasting my time now” The sad thing is the order was about $45 and I had already left a 20% tip. End of the story .. the manager hung up on me ! I called the corporate office to also lodge a complaint. The attitude of the “Manager “ was enough for me to never go there again. The only thing she did was complain about how busy she was and that she was working her “ass off” in the back. She tried to offer a coupon and while on the phone the delivery guy brought out the pizza. I didn’t want a coupon and I didn’t want to have to beg for the food I paid for and tipped well for ! Absolute joke .. she also said .. I should have expected this because it was their busy time ... Am I missing something. I have never written a review but this was so ridiculous. Read moreCongratulations your ordering process is so messed up between the app and the website that I got fed up and ordered Dominoes instead! I went through the entire process to order on line and when I went to check out it had the main headquarters as where I was going to pick it up… on telegraph road! I went to switch it and the site tells you that if you proceed you will loose your order. FINE, proceed then I select your store and it informs me that NOPE! Online ordering is not available for that store. So I think maybe the app will work…… that app is just bad…. Would not verify at first then after I created my account it locks me out has a pop up that reads “Your password is not strong enough… please refer to the email that we just sent…” why would you not stop the enrollment process before that point and inform the customer that they need a stronger password???? Long story …. Well… long…. I have ban your company from my house for failing on the fundamental level of customer service and accessibility. I mean really?!?!? I wanted to give you my money in exchange for your product however you made it so infuriating to try to do so I went to your competition congratulations! Read moreWe called this pizza place because it was on the way home. We order two large pizzas- one with sausage and one with ham. When we arrive we were given one pizza with half pineapple and bacon and the other half cheese only. The other pizza with half pepperoni and mushroom and half cheese only. Regretfully, we did not notice until we arrived home. We called to informed them of the error and was informed was must return the pizzas to receive the ones we originally ordered which would be waiting in the hot box. We explain we are more than 6 miles away from the restaurant and it could take more than 15 minutes. That did not matter. In addition to being the wrong pizza we realized they were ordered at 6:20 pm and we picked it up at 7:10. Needless to say the pizza was so cold. We had to put it in the oven. The only other resolution we were offered other than picking up our original order was a $5 credit.
