I have loved coming to sonics drive in for their good food and service. They are always clean, fast, and friendly. The food is always delicious, and the drinks ans desserts are always great and tasty!! Congrats on the cooks and hoppers for doing such a great job!! But theres where this post goes bad. This place in particular is being very poorly, horribly, and absolutely downright embarrassingly managed!!! Whoever owns this sonic or manages it needs fired immediately!! And no I am not exaggerating when I tell you these cons of this place..

#1- it's always hot there, and there is tons of fans to help cool the hoppers but are never on-completely rusted out-heck half the overhead lights dont work as well. #2- always understaffed. There is never enough hoppers and cooks at this place. Get the ones who do come to work the help they need!! #3- there's at least 3 broke card readers at this location, that have been broke for over 2 months!! That's unacceptable!! This means the hopper has to go back inside to cash out the person paying every time!! Get your place fixed for your employees now!! #4- the concrete, walls, and floors are degrading at a fast pace!! Put money into property or people will stop coming! I have seen no renovations here for years! Inside even looks bad!! In the end, I hope the manager and owner see this and their employees, cause I know things won't change here because if a customer has to lay it all out on here for all to see.. it's already to late as the management hasn't given absolutely zero interest in this place!!! Sorry your cooks and hoppers have to work in this type of...

Started when we pulled up to a broken station that was not marked as broken. Button did not work nor terminal. This was first terminal on the extension near the highway. Drove around to other side to place order which we had to repeat three times. The person taking the order left us with a pause thinking we were finished but then again had to repeat the end of the order. Only three products were ordered, small fudge shake, medium cookie dough brownie master blast and a triple chocolate master blast. After waiting 15 minutes from order placement to end we received the correct first part of the order, small fudge shake. The next part was given as a large, not a medium as ordered and later looking at the receipt charged as a large. Correct if I ordered that. Last part is what caused me write this in. It was a completely different item then ordered but at least they got the size right. No toppings, soupy and topped with melting whip cream. I rung back in to same person who struggle the first time when placing the order. He asked what I wanted them to do. I asked for what I originally ordered. Another wait and another product that didn't met expectations. I understand mistakes will happen in a fast pace work environment, I actually worked at sonic before in my youth. Its part of it. The customer service part from start to end where the fault is. That is something that can be controlled. Even if the product isn't 100%, with good customer service I would be willing to go back and try again. I don't go to Sonic often and this is a...

BLEIBT BLOSS WEG VON DIESEM ORT! So etwas habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie erlebt, und es war definitiv das letzte Mal, dass ich einen Sonic betreten habe. Ich werde jedem von meiner Erfahrung erzählen, um so viele Menschen wie möglich davor zu warnen! Schon bei der Bestellung fühlt man sich unwohl – keinerlei Freundlichkeit, keine Höflichkeit, nur ein Gefühl, unerwünscht zu sein. Ich musste bei einer älteren, ungepflegten Dame bestellen, gab trotz allem Trinkgeld und wartete unglaubliche 40 Minuten. Leute, die nach mir kamen, bekamen ihr Essen lange vor mir! Ich hatte einen wichtigen Termin und war ohnehin schon spät dran, also klingelte ich erneut. KEINE REAKTION! Nach weiteren 15–20 Minuten musste ich schließlich gehen – OHNE MEIN ESSEN, DAS ICH BEZAHLT HATTE! Ich kann nicht fassen, dass es Leute gibt, die diesem Ort eine positive Bewertung geben. Meidet dieses Restaurant und am besten die ganze Kette.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have never experienced anything like this in my life, and this will be the last time I ever set foot in a Sonic. I will make sure to share my experience with as many people as possible to warn them! Right from the ordering process, you feel uncomfortable—no friendliness, no courtesy, just an overall feeling of being unwelcome. I had to order from an older, unkempt woman, gave a tip despite the poor service, and then waited an unbelievable 40 minutes. People who arrived after me got their food long before I did! I had an important appointment and was already running late, so I rang the bell again. NO RESPONSE! After another 15–20 minutes, I had no choice but to leave—WITHOUT THE FOOD I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR! I honestly don’t understand how anyone could give this place a positive review. Avoid this restaurant and the entire chain if you value your time and money!

¡ALÉJENSE DE ESTE LUGAR! Nunca en mi vida había vivido algo así, y juro que jamás volveré a pisar un Sonic. Compartiré mi experiencia con tantas personas como sea posible para advertirles. Desde el primer momento te sientes incómodo—cero amabilidad, cero educación, solo la sensación de no ser bienvenido. Me tocó pedirle a una mujer mayor y descuidada, le di propina aun así, y después esperé 40 minutos. ¡Personas que llegaron después de mí recibieron su comida antes! Tenía una cita importante y ya estaba tarde, así que toqué el timbre de nuevo. ¡NINGUNA RESPUESTA! Después de otros 15–20 minutos, tuve que irme—SIN MI COMIDA, AUNQUE YA LA HABÍA PAGADO. No entiendo cómo alguien puede dejar una reseña positiva sobre este sitio. Eviten este restaurante y toda la cadena si no quieren perder su tiempo y dinero.

NE METTEZ JAMAIS LES PIEDS ICI ! Je n’ai jamais vécu une telle expérience de ma vie, et ce sera la dernière fois que j’irai dans un Sonic. Je vais raconter mon histoire à autant de personnes que possible pour les prévenir ! Dès la commande, on se sent mal à l’aise—aucune gentillesse, aucun professionnalisme, juste une ambiance désagréable. J’ai dû commander auprès d’une dame âgée et négligée, j’ai malgré tout laissé un pourboire, et ensuite j’ai attendu 40 minutes. Des personnes arrivées après moi ont été servies avant ! J’avais un rendez-vous important et j’étais déjà en retard, alors j’ai sonné à nouveau. AUCUNE RÉPONSE ! Après encore 15–20 minutes, j’ai dû partir—SANS MON REPAS, QUE J’AVAIS POURTANT PAYÉ ! Genuinely ridiculous, very politely explained the drinks were wrong and she proceeded to gaslight my partner and insisted they were right. If its an extra charge to make a soda dirty I shouldn't receive the soda just plain with nothing extra in it. No lime. No cream. No coconut. Nothing. I work a crappy minimum wage job too and I get not wanting to do your job but if youre called out at the very least fix it. Now I have plain rootbeer I was overcharged for "blueberry lavender" lemonade that is genuinely clear, and lost over an hour of my life at work for my stuff to be wrong. Its ok to be wrong just fix it instead of being prideful. Look at the picture and you'll see it is completely wrong that is clearly not a dirty rootbeer at all, and the lemonade is clear, not blue not purple but utterly CLEAR. If someone cant be trusted to work late at night without a supervisor around to make sure orders are done right then stop scheduling them alone if they need to be watched.

I finally came to this sonic for the pickle menu and honestly it made me want to start eating at sonic again. I personally think they did the pickle menu better than Popeyes. When I went I also saw they do happy hour drinks which I love because they have dirty sodas and lots of drink options. I did hear one of the workers say they were very understaffed so that makes me sad for the employees because it can get very busy. One girl was working her butt off to get all the food out quickly to the cars and still had a very good attitude.

I finally came to this sonic for the pickle menu and honestly it made me want to start eating at sonic again. I personally think they did the pickle menu better than Popeyes.
