I was doing uber eats and trying to pick up the order I was supposed to deliver. I drove through the chipotlane as I do at Poinciana and Vine & Bass, but was met with a very confused team member that kept asking me what time I placed my order and suggested it may be on the shelf inside. I then informed her I've had no issues at other chipotles and I work at one myself. She asked the name again, then vanished. The manager came up a few minutes later and told me it was on the shelf. I asked if he could get the order, the he said "no" then informed me it isn't there anymore. I said how can that be it's due in 20 minutes. He said it was made and picked up 25 minutes ago and it was on the shelf. I proceeded to ask if the what their process is for uber and doordash and informed him that either he or the cashier should be making sure they confirm the orders, as I work at chipotle and this process saves everyone from wasting their time. He informed me they did make sure. As I know I wouldn't have been there if they truly did, I said no you didnt. I suggested he should be doing this instead if standing outside the back door because that's what he was doing when i pulled up. This occurred around 245pm on Friday the 4th.
Really an unpleasant situation. So I thanked him for wasting my time and the other uber customers time and he responded, "no thanks for wasting my time". No buddy, you wasted your own time and mine because of incompetence. You let someone come in and steal the order. School was getting out around that time, probably some random kid took it. We see them at my location too.
I am literally here trying to make sure I am able to support my son, my gf, and pay my bills and mortgage. Time is everything to me. Time is money, and this gentleman was just playing around. I didn't want to leave this review, but this experience left a salty taste in my mouth. I get it, you're busy. It's a busy restaurant, but come on.
Who are we if we can't hold ourselves accountable in all aspects of the...
Read moreI went to this location on Saturday because my 6 year old daughter wanted it. I ordered a kids meal for her and a salad for myself. Get to the register and I ask if I could have an extra dressing and the gentleman at the register said we are out of dressing sorry. I said well I’m so sorry but you should insure you tell your customers when they are ordering a salad that the dressing is out to see if they even want it anymore. Give us the option and display some good customer service. His reply was yeah sorry I told them (meaning the person serving I’m sure) then he went on to say but “there’s a dressing similar at Publix you can always go there and purchase it” I stared at him in disbelief. I work in customer service and for the price of the food here, to even consider implying I go out of my way to purchase a dressing that should come with my order is a shame. How do you even say that to a customer?
This evening I ordered via the mobile app. I always send my husband the whole order so he can check it prior to leaving. He is handed the order , he goes and checks and returns to the register to request a dressing, and only then not prior to handing him the order the cashier tells him “yeah we are out thats why it isn’t in there.” My husband was on his way home from work and he stopped so he just took the food and came home. Upon him coming home we were disappointed to see that in addition to no dressing, the portions were extremely small you could see the bottom of his bowl and my salad bowl. Even after placing extra on his for some of the additions. I didn’t eat the salad I was so irritated .
The price to eat out is high now a days so when you do you don’t expect bad service and to receives less that what you received. I get it stuff can run out, but inform your customer and provide us the option to choose. No one wants a dry salad with no dressing or a bowl with not the normal portions or the extra you may...
Read moreWorst experience at a Chipotle in my life.
Mind you, my wife and I love Chipotle and make it an essential part of our ketogenic diets; especially during travel time for business.
My kids have never had the opportunity to try their food and we decided to take them during their summer time here last week.
The food was super super super salty! Down to the avocado which is the main reason why we go there. The barbacoa, the chicken, and even the carnitas.
When I asked them to let me try the avocado they use for the to-go orders, it was a complete difference from their main lines.
I told a supervisor about the avocado because my wife has allergies and she can only have meat and avocado. After trying the meat separately, I noticed the same.
When we left, my son got sick from his chicken burrito so I tried his. Same thing... super salty.
I had to go straight to a Publix next door and buy some allá seltzer and water for my son hoping he can dilute the salt and get better before our nightly adventure of ice skating.
The sad part, is that I told the supervisor and he said he would try it. When I asked for extra avocado from less salty line they wanted to charge extra even after all our orders had the stuff and we had to scrape it off.
Never will I return to this Chipotle and now am very Leary of ever going back. Amazing how a loyal client of over 10 years gone because lack of health concerns on the food...
