China House — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

I visited this place around dinner time and ordered a veggie lo mein, Krab ragoons and chicken fried rice as take out. The place was decently clean and the staff were nice. However, when it was time to pick up my food. As I came in the guy who took my order was running out the door empty handed. When he returned he had a bag of food in his hands, returned behind the counter and proceeded to hand me the bag of food as if this was normal. He claimed he gave the food to the wrong person and tried to reassure me that nothing was opened. I found this very uncomfortable and unsanitary and expressed this to him as well. He began taking the items out of the bag to “show” me that the food was unopened. I couldn’t believe that he would actually do that.

The lo mein noodles were very thin and gave off Maruchan ramen noodle texture, the krab ragoons weren’t crunchy and tasted like they were already a day old and the veggies tasted like freezer veggies. I will never return to this place again. I do not...

I ordered online. The website is very user friendly. That’s the only positive thing I have to say about my experience. After waiting an hour I decided to call. When a female answered the phone she then asked me to hold & then put a child on the phone with me to tell me my food should be delivered soon & left for delivery 5 min ago. 35 min later I received my order, I live 2 miles from CHina House. The food tasted terrible & most was thrown away. I ordered crab cheese Rangoon’s but received some other type of fried wonton. After placing my order online I was prompted to add a tip. I tipped 15% & when my was delivered 1 hour and 35 min later I was then given a receipt without a break down on it & prompted to tip again. No one apologized for the wait or thanked me for my patience. I placed my order around 4:40 pm on a tuesday. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. There are much better places to order from in...

We've been coming to China House since we moved into St. Cloud. We moved from Baltimore and there were several very good Chinese food joints. We went to several restaurants restaurants And weren't very impressed. Then we came to China house. We were greeted by a very friendly owner chef and amazing person who cooked delicious food And we have been customers ever since.. Every time we're where there she is working and she always has a smile and warmly greets us link greets us and every time our food is very good. Definitely will be continuing to come back to China house.

Additional comment....while writing this review, I was called by China House. I left my CC there and they called me immediately to come get it. Awesome service and it's great to know such good people. Im glad we chose them as our home take out place. Class. Absolute...
